Was impressed by the ability to shop online and pick up at a window from an attendant wearing a mask.. Thought the business was taking covid seriously, only to find that my second and third trips that no one was wearing masks, or stepping back from the window. Sorry, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wear a mask in public to protect the health of others around me. I expect the same from a business I support.

This has been my go to shopping I moved here last January. I give the shop 5 stars because I love so much about it.... Yet inter last few months I've seen the customer service and job knowledge fall. Steadily to the point I like my visits less and less, as well as leave there even more disappointed than the time before.... It used to be fun, helpful, educating and satisfying. Today I left irritated. I purchased 2 same weight flower strains, one RED, visually categorized as this month's discount strain; ineligible for senior and veteran discounts. #2 was black, all weights, also to assist in category assigning for customers. Was told they were discounted as low as they can be already, so no discount. #2 is entered, discount applied, then #1 entered and then both added together for a CORRECT total. Capitalized because I believe in what's the ethical approach for the customer as well as for the shop. To have a continuing beneficial relationship. That was not what I know Budz4U to hold the professional stand to. I hope to see that turn around.

When we came in, we were showed a book with names and strains in it. Never once shown a product. I primarily buy based off of recommendations but this was not a good experience. Felt very unprofessional. Our local shops will walk you through the facility to show you what they have, make recommendations for new product... We drove an extra 10 minutes away to go to another dispensary which had better everything.

This is my favorite place in the Florence area. They have a wide variety of good flower and concentrates at awesome and I really mean 'Leave you in awe that you got a great ounce for 50' kind of awe-some. They have very knowledgeable staff who are also pleasant to be around, you don't feel rushed but things still run smoothly the way they run the store. I'm excited to see their store open in Lakeside and I wish them the best.

Totally rude woman tells me that I can't read the menu for my blind wife. Long lines because they ruthlessly try to undersell everyone else in town with cheap shaky pre-roll joints that don't match up to the label.Uncomfortable lobby and understaffed.Not worth the frustration

These budtenders can help you. I like to follow their advice. Regardless of my changing afflictions, these employees use their knowledge, and expertise of cannabis products, to treat my every malady, very frequently. Even with a higher tolerance, today they hit me with the 9lb Hammer strain, and I haven't experienced anything better in many years.

Good customer service. The product is garbage. These guys plants have either been treated or have had mites. They sold me, agent orange clone and blue dream clone with mites on it. When I asked there grower why there clones had mites on it he laughed and said the plants he sold me were garbage plants. I'm done with these guys. Already wrote olcc. These guys should be ashamed and need to be replaced.

I purchased a strain they called "Sure Fire"... all researched for this 'strain' comes up empty? I went back and asked if they could help me find information...they couldnt find anything either. Its made me wonder about buying from them. I like to read reviews and compare strains, which often leads to new strains to try...but when the strain doesn't exist, I really do not know what Im getting.
