I was a regular there, but not anymore. They sold me a vape pen that doesn't work. When I tried to return it, I was told it was the cartridge. I couldn't return the allegedly defective cartridge because I didn't have the receipt. He gave me a cheap vape pen that might work with it, though. That was the story even though it doesn't make much sense. So the cartridge is fine, works on the cheap vape pen he gave me and my friend's vape pen, but not on the more high-end vape pen I bought, because THAT'S what doesn't work, and not just with the non-defective cartridge, it doesn't work with any cartridge at all. So it's junk but Bud's refused to own up to it. Not very good customer relations when all is said and done.

Out of the millions of dispensaries that have popped up, this is the place to go for QUALITY PRODUCT! HAND TRIMMED. HAND TRIMMED - the good stuff is still on the bud! Great people , great product. EDIT: went back a second time..maybe 6 months later. way different experience. my budtender lady seemed nice and i shared a thought with her about what i thought of the people that work behind the scene. i don't have a high opinion - go figure... robbed by one pot worker and harassed by others egged on by the her. the budtender tightened up a bit and thanked me for being so 'professional'. what? SHE was behind the counter, not me. i had willingly given my drivers license when asked - DON'T EVER DO THAT. they are not required to take it unless perhaps for medical. so she's got much info of mine. strangely, right after the experience at the dispensary, my home began to be vandalized. not saying it's her but my container dogwood, juniper, bamboo, bonsai - ed blue juniper, et al. are being pruned, expertly. like someone who has done a lot of pruning - a LOT of pruning, but i am a gardener too and notice. and also i wanted my 15 - 20 yr old plants the way they were. she would, of course, deny it, - most vandals ,called out by someone, do. vandals are inherently cowards. got an issue? knock on the door and talk. needless to say i will not be returning there and would encourage others not to either. heck of a lot of choices . my plants? once she reads this, if she does, someone on her behalf, if not her, will creep around in the middle of the night ruining my plants by striping them.

By far the nicest OLCC recreational medical retail dispensary in Eugene Oregon! Delightful and knowledgeable staff. High grade cannabis and other herbal remedies, edibles, dabs, wax, BHO, PHO, shatter, sap, high terpine, chronic, paraphernalia, glass, pipes, bongs, joints, prerolls, flower, buds, marijuana. Lane County's premium weed shop for sure!
