This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Without a doubt the most unprofessional place to operate in their business. On their website they say they are open from 11am-12am however they're often closed when they're supposed to be open. The staff is very unprofessional and the place often smells of dog excrement. They use a cash only based system as way of tax evasion. Very scummy and very shady, i suggest everyone not waste their time going to this place or even supporting it in any way.

Was a awesome place.They recently got raided and everything seized and shutdown. Drove out from new west today to see a notice on the door. Very sad, was one of the last good places left excellent prices and great staff.Lets all thank the bc government for no dispensaries anywhere except metro van and their awesome job on screwing up legalization.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.The place is GROSS.The girl who was attending us... very unpleasant in all aspects. Wash your hands, clean under your nails. You’re serving the public. Not kind either, not a single smile. Weed is just placed in jars, not packed away. Theyve got pre rolls and they aren’t in tubes. Now I’m expected to smoke j’s that have been touched all over. The presentation of everything is unpleasant. If there had been another option to stop at I would have gone elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here. Oh and! They don’t check IDs- I look like I’m 15.

Just went there tonight. I thought the place was dirty and unfriendly. I bought an eight bag and 4 prerolls and I couldn't even finish one. I have been smoking pot a long time and tasted some pretty bad stuff and it was pretty bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone even tourists. It was my first time there and my last, every other pot shop I have been in has been cleaner, friendlier and you could actually look at the pot before buying without feeling rushed by a line up of people behind you

I am traumatized by the act of the owner that first he accused me that I broke a product that I have not been able to take it out so No trust in that part. I shoud have checked it beforehand but I trusted him . Then he accused me that I came from another club!!!!! Just because I wanted a replace Not refund. If I wanted a refund I would returned the other ones. Simple logic. I guess obviously it doesn't matterI never ever put my feet on that horrible place nor I recommend it.

Clean, professional facility. I'm wish them a successful business in a great neighborhood. My issue about pricing is probably more to do with government regulations so I won't comment on that but what I will say is maybe display cases should be chilled cuz my high grade Bruce Banner was dryer than a BC summer and burned just as fast

I went for a visit due to seeing some positive reviews this past weekend, unfortunately was serviced by someone who does not have any customer service skill, with border line rude attitude and super impatience. I’ve always enjoy shop at dispensaries in person instead of purchasing online so I could be assisted by knowledgeable personnel to answer questions that I may have…. But this isn’t the shop for that, sorry, will take my business elsewhere along Kingsway. Highly not recommend as there are many better shops around the area.

Went for couple of times because it’s the only shop that opens till midnight but we never had a perfect experience. Staff must be having stressful day everyday, dude got annoyed easily, oh I’m sorry excuse my poor English speaking skill. Also check your UBC chem jar, it’s either a bad quality strain or the grass all dried out, zero effectiveness. Worst purchasing experience.

I wanted this place to be better than what it was. They were the only place open that late, and no they didn't answer the phone when we called to check if they were still in operation (plenty shops are shut down in Vancouver I'd investigate if they're open before you go)Only takes cash, nearest atm is a short walk away. The large dog is a sweety but maybe some people are afraid of dogs running loose like that? There are plenty of people just hanging out outside which is kinda sketchy. The guy that helped us was knowledge full enough but he does touch the weed with his hands and no glove, weighs them on a scale and puts in a zip lock bag with no labels.The weed ended up not being good which was the biggest let down.
