I went in there to buy oil do to my 3 herniated discs oil is best for this I am prescribed hydrocodone 10 milligram pills they told me to take them 6 times a day I am also prescribed medical marijuana which does not have the side effects of hydrocodone anyways I buy oil because of the potency and it does me so much better than hydrocodone anyways today I was in there to fill a prescription of one ounce of oil I was very happy to be able to get the price that Tommy the owner had given me a few days back anyways upon arrival to the dispensary the employee Tommy has working for him Darrell is very unprofessional treated me like a client not a patient made false accusations of my consumption of hash oil and in doing so I will never shop from their again as well I recommend elsewhere

I came to burnzwell because its one of the few dispensaries that carry the O-Pen Vape and the refills. Since I already had my o-pen battery, all I needed was the refill. The lady that attended me told me that all o-pen refill cartridges were recalled and sent back to the company due to a manufacture error. She said they had no idea when they would get them in. So she went on to show me the vape made by Burnzwell. She said it was new and went on to brag about how much effort it took to develop a great working vape pen yada yada yada so i bought the pen with 2 refill cartridges. Since they had the pens attached to a charger, the pen was fully charged and ready to go. On my way home I popped the cartridge in the pen and blew a nice cloud of smoke. COOL right? Wrong. went to take another hit and got a very thin cloud. next hit i got nothing. I popped the cartridge out and popped the second one i bought in, same results. Since they said these refills should work on the O-pen too, i tried the cartridges in my o-pen, same results. other than this the pen was leaking. I emailed burnzwell telling them about my experience and they said that it might be a defective battery and that all their vapes were under warrantee. When i replied and asked how to use the warrantee suddenly they stopped replying. Went in to the store 10 days later (i know i should have been there quicker but it was far away from me and i couldn't make it before closing time). I told the guy what happened and another guy over-heard and said "I'll take this customer." as if he knew more about the product. He went on to tell me that all his other customers loved the product. I told him exactly what happened, that the refills didn't work in the o-pen either. I told him that's really what i wanted and he turned around and got a bag full of o-pen stuff from the drawer!! THIS IS AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT NOBODY IN TOWN WOULD HAVE THEM DUE TO THE RECALL. First he told me that I he would give me what i spent in store credit. When I told him I really wanted an o-pen refill, he pulled a brand new one out of one of the bags and told me they're normally $65 (this one was $45 at another dispensary last time, so i knew he was trying to mess with me) and that he would trade the stuff i bought for the o-pen cartridge. I stayed quiet out of anger that they had lied to me the first time to get me to buy their junk. While i was quiet he said, "I'll just give you your money back." He gave me crap that I didn't go into the store to return it until 10 days later, he then said that I should have called if i wasn't able to make it in. I pulled my phone out and shoved the email (that i sent the day after the purchase) in his face. By this time he had showed me several snarky and snotty remarks so my naturally welcoming persona had faded. I would have given them a second chance would have that gone a little better. Especially for a product developed in house, they should be welcoming the feedback with a product that's obviously still in the ironing-out-the-kinks stage. Now, not only will I never go back, I will also be telling all my friends not to waste their time or money here. They will lie to you to make a buck, as demonstrated here. I bet they have some kind of bonus going to whoever sells the most Burnzwell junk. I went to another dispensary with the money I got back and bought a fully functional o-pen cartridge. Maybe they were late on the memo, but they knew nothing about a recall on the o-pen.
