I worked for this company in shorewood wi near Milwaukee wi. And I worked for a few days and the weather had a rush of cold . I was properly cover being I Lived in that weather conditions for over 40 years. The weather had gotten below 20 degrees and I had two set of Gloves. The people were very nice and had very well manners children attending school. But this particular day of below 20 degrees windchills and I started too not feel my finger tips and made sure the children were out of clear on the corner route. A few the parents were considered and concern of how the weather was harsh to bear. Before I knew it my finger were really cold and I had rushed too my car too warm up my fingers and hand was losing total feeling in my entire right hand. I hoped that I didn’t get frostbite and was having issues and pain in my entire hand; and I needed medical care. However it’s 2020 and this was before the Holidays in which I had worked for this company and I have not received my payroll . This company claimed that payroll was mailed out and as of today ; I still have not received any payroll from this company.

LOVE working for ACMS. At first they have you fill in as an alternate for a while. It's a wonderful way to learn the ropes from different perspectives and intersections. Then when a permanent position opens up, you are offered the option to take it or remain an alternative. I wanted steady income so I took a perm position. It's so awesome seeing the same students and parents cross my way saying "Good Morning" with a smile. It's a very invigorating job and you feel like you are doing something with a purpose. I'm very grateful for ACMS.

I’m writing this on behalf of my elderly, Spanish speaking grand mother who was recently wrongly terminated. From day one, the “supervisor” by the name of Rona was misleading. We were told that she was being hired for the city of Paramount where she lives. That was not the case. Several weeks went by and no one bothered to call/schedule my grandmother for work. Every morning she would have to call her area “supervisor” a Maria, and basically see if she could get a shift which never happened for her district. Eventually she was scheduled for work, but only as a floater covering other people’s posts. The other “supervisor” which is a complete slob by the name of Nick, is a joke. His way of communication with employees is via text. This company needs an actual scheduling system/a designated personal who writes schedules so that the employees have a better understanding of where, and WHEN they have to work. They also need to have better communication skills amongst each other, as well as with their employees. My grand mother showed up to every shift ready and willing to work. She really needed this job so she could be eligible to receive her full retirement income. Now she’s upset due to the verbal treatment, and unprofessionalism that she received from this company. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone, at least none of these districts. I’m still waiting for corporate to return my call seeing as I have already filed a complaint.

We were forced in the middle of the night early morning to move all the net worth of Boost Mobile we got the four lines connect to Windows instant messaging Facebook photo without alarms for the last six months we couldn't get it to Windows just go ahead and put me into Boost Mobile USA talk to my other contacts thank you make sure all the companies are under thank you have a good day I love you so muchfor resuming the crossing guards and beast big birthday cards as well with management system I appreciate you guys have been having a lot of issues at least I'm giving you a raise at all City management you've been doing a good job over there even though I haven't been to see you but I seen that you've been out there struggling and you need in your car I'm giving you a $5 raise I love you soon

The people in the corporate office are great they answer your calls when you have an issue but the reason I gave 1 star is because my husband has been with the company for 4 months it took 3 months for him to get his fingerprints done and till this day he wasn't properly trained until I took over the are supervisor position I contact all the crossing guards over 41 sites and each one had a negative comment about the assistant regional supervisor Ruth, when I mentioned that the guards needed rain gear and coats she called them lairs and said you have to work for the company for x amount of time before getting a coat. This lady is very rude and doesn't know how to speak to people, I was only with this company a month because of this lady very unorganized and very rude. I wasn't even properly trained and I couldn't get a hold of her when I would call to ask a question. Very unprofessional. They can't keep guards to cover sites at all.
