I've been going here for years for my card, the staff and Dr's have always been friendly and welcoming! I have PTSD and never had an issue coming here for my evaluation even though most regular MD's would rather I take chemicals and don't count mmj as a viable medicinal alternative. The the Dr's I've seen have both been very understanding and nonsense about writing a prescription and following up on of it helped or not and why. That being said treat them as you would any other Dr's office; show up to your appointment on time, be considerate of other patients, and call to find out the details of getting a prescription if you need to before showing up. They do get busy so I recommend getting an appointment!!!
