At this place they are disrespectful and they are very rude. I went in with my aunt because she had back pain and knee pain and they didn’t believe her. The nurse would slam the doors for us and gave us attitude. The DR. Also gave us a bit of attitude and she was extremely slow. Also the ladies at the front we also so extremely slow at their job and they were half awake talking to people but keep in mind it was 12:00. So all the people here need to be happier instead of giving their Clients attitude!

This is the worst place to be in for a Med Express.It has nothing Express about it. I was there for a follow up and it took 3 hrs just to get the nurse to see me. And the stuff is so rude and Not friendly at all besides the front desk. The worst, worst, worst place. I’m glad I don’t leave in Springdale and I don’t have to go back any more.

No one in the lobby but us and while the lady dealt with office phone issues, she never acknowledged we were there for 10 minutes. She was not friendly at all, seemed like she had better things to do than be at her job. Might be time to find a new job not working with the public. Even tried to converse with her and she was not having it. She was put off by us being there. Will not return to this location.

I will not be returning to this clinic. Three people in the lobby upon my arrival. Wait was still an hour in the lobby. Okay, I can handle that. Get checked in and put into a room to wait for 40 more minutes with nothing, no contact We finally go out to ask for a restroom and the nurse then decides to tell us we are next, the Dr had a procedure to do. After 20 more minutes alone in the room we left without being seen. I completely understand unexpected issues arise for the drs, but that's where the staff should pick up the ball. I can hear the staff talking and laughing seated at the desk, but no one can check on us for an hour? As I'm leaving, instead of apologizing, the nurse says, I came in there. No, she only told us the procedure info after we came out for the restroom after 40 minutes when she could tell I was getting upset and so she could shut our door ( I was leaving it open so maybe they'd remember we were there. And 20 more minutes in the room with no contact. Public relations goes a LONG way people. Unless you're dying, and then heck, go to the er, I'd recommend you stick with your own doctor. That's exactly what we are doing. Yes, I paid my office visit copay and left without being seen, and it was worth the $35 to get out of there.

She had a great bedside manner and put me at ease in regard to concerns I had. We saw Earl, who was also friendly and helped get my wife the care she needed. Very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff this visit!

Med Express clinics normally get a bad rap. But I've always had a great experience here. You can expect to wait at least 20 minutes but that's just about everywhere. Carol Kaikowski the NP here helped me out tremendously and was very patient with all of my questions and checked in on me to make sure I was okay and was very helpful in my care. These clinicians dont get enough credit for all they do!

I’m confused why this place has average/low ratings. I’ve been here multiple times, and I’ve always had a positive experience. They are usually good about getting you in quickly. The doctors I’ve had have been caring and listened, and I didn’t feel rushed out. Then they always call to check on me after a day or two. I’d definitely recommend them for urgent care!

If it's an option, go to your primary care provider or a different health care provider. The nurse practitioner at this location wanted to run a battery of exams for what ended up being a viral infection. When I stated that I did not want the exams, which were not at all relevant to my symptoms, she then pushed that I go to an ER immediately for a 99.7 temperature. When I stated I would not go to an ER and wait to see my primary care doctor the next day, she then continued to press that I go to an ER and told me she was going to call the area ERs to notify them that I was coming in. Overall, she made me feel bullied and harrassed. Based on her treatment, I will NEVER return to this location.

Always great service at this clinic. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I've used the clinic for a special needs niece on numerous as well as myself and always get the best care. There is always a call back to see how your are doing a few days after the visit. My husband and sister have also visited and had great service. Usually not much wait time even on a busy day.

I went in on a Sunday late afternoon. From the front desk person to the nurses and doctor, I had a wonderful experience. They were all so kind and seemed to like their jobs. The doctor listened and asked additional questions regarding my symptoms. The wait was long but that's just the way it is this time of year. I received excellent care and was very impressed by everyone at this location!
