Zero star! Dec. 2, 2019 at 10:26 a.m. the male staff wearing glasses over at to-go counter is probably the snottiest and unhappiest staff I have encountered in Fullerton. Asking him a question is like talking to an angry dragon, he needs to learn that not all customer would understand what is written on the menu board and would have questions here and there. Send him to basic courtesy school. I’d forgive him if he was cute!

11/3/19 = 5 star = change my review from 4 to 5 star , bought the bread with meat , buy 2 get 1 free and buy 1 get 1 free milk tea , still good costumer service .Jan/2019 = 4 star = service is good and food is really delicious.

God forbid if you have to work and need a plug for your phone while dining. They acted like it was a sin to request an electrical outlet. The customer service attitude was cold and unforgiving. I ordered an appetizer and curry soup. The soup came out quickly and ten minutes later the appetizer. If I were there socially, this would have been an issue, but I was alone. The prices are affordable and the food decent. It is difficult to go back, when dealing with automatons!

I ordered 3 items togo off of their menu. $30.36 total of food including Thai Tea and Milk Tea with Pudding.1) I ordered their #58 off of the menu which was pretty good. It had really good and flavorful steak cut up and was cooked with a nice garlic flavor and aroma. The downfall on this item is that they barely put any beef into the meal. It wasnt really worth $8.99, but more like $7.50.2) I ordered the Well Done Beef Brisket Pho. It was the worst Pho that I have ever had!!!! The Beef was beyond spoiled!!!! The smell made me feel like gagging and wanted to throw up!!! I had to throw away all of the spoiled meat away. The bean sprouts were already old and turning brown. They were not fresh at all. The basil and the jalapeño were fresh though. The soup broth was ok. The cooks really dont care about serving fresh and healthy food to their customers. This was absolutely the worst Pho Experience Ever!!!!!! This item was $7.75.3) I also ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice off of the menu since the already prepackaged shrimp fried rice was small for about $5-$6 Bucks, thinking If I pay $7.49 for the one on the menu, it would be a good size portion. Well, I was totally wrong. The serving size was about the same size, but it had 7 and 1/3 pieces of shrimp in the togo box. The usual amount of shrimp is 8 pieces per order, just saying. They think nobody knows about things like this. The togo box was way bigger than the amount of food. Other places that I order the same item off of the menu serves a lot more than they do and its usually about a third more of what they serve here.Well, the item was lacking the authentic and delicious Vietnamese flavors!!! It tasted really plain and lacked excitement!!! I was waiting for that great flavor burst, but it was like lighting a fire cracker and it was only a dud!!! No explosion at all. 4) Their Thai Tea Boba is Great!!!5) The Milk Tea w/Pudding is pretty good too.Note: (Both of the drinks were Buy One & Get One Free for $3.95 Thats a Great Deal!!Note: They charge extra for fish sauce!!! All of the Vietnamese restuarants that I have been to have fish sauce as a complimentary item to add to your meal and at your convenience. This restuarant fails to satisfy their customers needs and make you purchase fish sauce at an additional cost, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPEND!!! THIS IS JUST WRONG AND THIS IS NOT HOW YOU GET CUSTOMERS. ON TOP OF THAT!!! THE FISH SAUCE REALLY SUCKED THIS TIME AND DID NOT HAVE THAT AUTHENTIC FLAVOR!!!I HOPE THE OWNERS WILL LEARN TO PROVIDE ITEMS LIKE FISH SAUCE AND LET THEIR CUSTOMERS ENJOY THE FOOD WITH COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS, AFTER ALL, THEY ARE SUPPORTING YOUR BUSINESS!!!

A variety of vietnamese food and desserts. When you're on the go and want something quick to grab and go, this is the place. A no fuss kind of place but good food for the soul. BOGO free on teas and B2G1free on French bread banh mi sandwiches is a good deal. Check it out if you're in the like for the foods. I like the sandwiches for sure. STOP SCROLLING!!! JUST STOP IT and go eat the curry pho at this place because it's great!! The older ladies who make the food are the equivalent to the grandmas who make fresh tortillas. They know what they're doin'! I usually order curry pho with chicken AND shrimp and pay the extra dollar or whatever it is to have 2 different kinds of protein. My fave!!

For the longest of time my co-workers would bring these sandwiches to work. The first I had one maybe 6 years ago and every time they were brought I'd grab 2 so I finally asked where they purchased the sandwiches. My worker told me this place in the Costco shopping center across from a donut shop. Although I live in the area I never played close enough attention to realize where they where so on this particular day I had to have one so drove up and down the street until i found it and boy it's worth it! I absolutely love their food. It's so good and fresh. I hope they never go out of business or relocate and if they do I hope they ship meals through the mail. Lol.

5☆ Excellent food at very good prices, horrible service. Favorite dish = Chicken Curry with Rice, comes with carrots, potatoes, onions, green onions and parsley in the curry, raisins and pickled white radish and carrots with the rice. Other notables Vietnamese Egg Rolls that you wrap with green leaf lettuce with carrots, white radish, and Vietnamese mint; Pad See Ew: Pho Bo Ko with white rice (Beef Stew)...Service clueless how to do it in the U.S. You have to call them constantly. They dont check on you, just take your order and serve the food...THAT'S IT! Everything else you have to ask for...the bill, for them to pick up payment, water, a refill of water, etc. So many times the waiter doesnt speak English and gets the order wrong. Just a travesty for such good food at reasonable prices. You probably would have an excellent time if you brought someone that speaks Vietnamese and has an aggressive personality! They gotta be calling the attention of waiters and asking for things throughout your dining experience, again and again and again and...

Pretty cheap for what you're getting (especially with all the specials), a lot of variety on the menu for both the table and the carry out area, and REALLY fast service: I don't think it's ever taken me more than a minute to be seated and the food comes out inside of 10 minutes once you order.This place makes dealing with the Costco parking lot worth it.

This is a very authentic Vietnamese and French mix sandwich and soup place. It's a good place to go to try something different and what I really like is that the pricing is fair. If you feel adventurous I would recommend trying the shop. They have a huge selection to choose from and I think it's a good place for a group to visit if it's a quick bite.
