Attempted to give this place my business. Walked in, doorman super friendly. Girl at laptop not so much. Looked disinterested, like I was a bother. I am new to the area, military, and did not have a Cali I'D but my med card ID, insurance card proving I am a resident and military ID(federally issued). She took my things, got on the phone and explained what I had to see if they could allow it. She asked me if I had a passport issued here. Um, passports don't have states of issue or prove I'm a resident, and my military ID would be super hard to fake. Take a passport but not a military ID. She was very rude in explaining they would not accept it. The doorman asked why I was leaving. I explained what had happened and he went back to the person at computer to try and help. I said, you are not very Interested in taking care of your veterans." Went down the road and received very compassionate care, wonderful reception, gave me a military discount, and free gifts!! Do not waste your money or your time here. Nothing compassionate about this place.
