How about 6 stars? As good as it gets.My wife and I just needed a fun day. She started things off and I decided that we might try a local winery. We had been members of a couple of wineries in more established “wine areas.”This was our first and only sojourn into nearby experiences. Sometimes instinct propels you in the right direction. Immediately upon entering the tasting room, we felt the friendly vibes from the patrons, all thoroughly enjoying the wine and each other, as well as Dennis who was pouring the tastes, talking to the people, laughing, instantly becoming the best definition of family. We approached the bar and immediately made some new friends, and immediately took to Dennis, who generously poured our tastes. The wine was excellent across the board, and I do know what I like, and the prices were appropriate. My wife and I smiled the entire time and instantly joined the wine club. That has never happened before. This is now the only club that we belong to, and we do not need any others, not only because of what I wrote above, but also, why join a club that cannot deliver what DeLiese delivers? My wife has had her sense of smell and taste compromised so her wine tasting satisfaction comes from the experience interacting with the people and the environment, which speaks volumes for Delise. I have no impairment and can fully sense the complexities of the wine, and that also speaks volumes for DeLiese.

Dennis and his staff are most welcoming and friendly. The wines are very good across the board and the prices make them outstanding in value. The live entertainment is always good and we always have a great time catching up with friends there.

We held my daughter's bridal luncheon shower here at the tasting room in April. Dennis was so helpful in helping us choose the wines that best fit the occasion. We brought in the food, our music and had the whole place to ourselves! Not much need for decorating since the existing decor & ambiance is already there. Everyone, including the Bride. thought it went great and had fun!And it Did Not cost me an arm & a leg to do it, even though it looked like we did! WIN!! We remain wine club members, and enjoy going into taste and pick up our great wines! Everyone who works there is as nice and friendly as Dennis & Marliese, and they seem to draw a nice crowd of folks sipping wine. Nice!

Napa Valley, Sonoma Country, Central Coast... Thousand Oaks! Yes, Thousand Oaks! We've enjoyed wine tasting in all locations. But, your experience will never be more enjoyable than at DeLiese Cellars in Thousand Oaks. Dennis (owner) and DeLiese were the perfect host and venue for our daughter's brunch celebrating her graduation from nursing school. Everything was perfect. So, when you're thinking of planning your next wine-tasting outing, skip the long drive and expensive hotels. Instead, drop by the wonderful gem of a wine shop that Dennis calls DeLiese Cellars.

We are visiting the area. On our way to Santa Barbara and stopped in this winery . The tasting room was very tastefully decorated;) The owner was the one that gave us the wine tasting. He was very very nice. All his wines were absolutely tasteful !! The price was very reasonable for the great wine . He was also very generous. I would absolutely recommend this place not only for the Atmosphere but also for there great wine !!

Met up with some friends for a lovely evening of wine tasting at DeLiese Cellars.Wine tasting isn't normally our thing (it's not that we don't like it, it's just something we don't generally do)... but this may have changed that.The atmosphere was intimate and the wines were out of this world!
