I checked into creative care for inpatient treatment. I was in pretty bad shape, addicted to multiple substances for over a decade. I spent 3 months in creative care, they assisted me in finding a great sober living when I finished inpatient treatment. I am proud to say I've been sober for awhile now thanks to there help. I couldn't be more grateful for the staff at creative care! They are all amazing people and know exactly how to assist people in need of help! I would most definitely recommend creative care to anyone struggling in life and in need of guidance. Creative care saved my life! 💚

My time at Creative Care was a very good one. Although I went through trials and tribulations of life while there, Creative Care gave me the tools to get through those things without using. My mental health has improved tremendously with the help of the great therapists, counselors, and overall staff. Thank you Creative Care for saving my life, and letting me see that I am worth fighting for.

Creative Care saved my life on 3 separate occasions. Their staff welcomed me back with open arms after I made the decision to let my sobriety go. They helped me dig deep into what caused my drinking and drug use to get so out of control and engaged my family in my treatment with compassion and great care. Due to their outstanding guidance, today I am coming up on 2 years clean and sober. The staff at this facility really do care and have their client's best interest in mind. THANK YOU CC!

It comes with great pleasure to have been able to become apart of the Creative Care family. I feel as if I am coming away with more than what I arrived with due to the professionalism and wonderful staff. I have become able to function in society without the need of medication which includes any from my ADHD and full diagnosis. The location was another blessing. I grew up here. The facility location is fantastic. It has enabled me to reunite with my children who live in the local area. The 5 star chef that provided gourmet meals everyday was fantastic. Many thanks to Dr. K and Farrah and The Doctor Phil show, especially thanks to Anthony Michael from Dr. Phil for sticking it out with me and allowing a small moment in time change my life as well as my fiance.

Creative Care has been a lifesaver for me. I had an amazing experience and gained so much insight through programming and therapy. I was given the opportunity to repair relationships with my family and was given tools to use in my daily life. I can’t imagine where I would be today with out the staff and community at creative care. They will stay committed to helping you in your recovery even after you have left. I would highly recommend Creative Care to anyone struggling with addiction and/or mental health difficulties. Such an amazing place, thank you creative care!

Creative Care saved my life! After struggling for years with unresolved trauma, grief, alcoholism, and an addiction to prescribed medication, I chose this facility. I had been seeking help and found one near my home initially. After spending seven days in a place that did not have the resources, staff, therapists, and ability to help at all, I went home. I then began to look for what I truly needed and found CC. My life depended on it being everything portrayed on the website. It truly is! The individual therapy 3x a week with an amazing therapist was so helpful. My husband was included for couples therapy. The daily groups gave me the opportunity to learn from facilitators and other clients in their own struggles. The nightly 12 step meetings started a great foundation for what my recovery looks like at home. I was cared for, encouraged, and knew the staff and owner were truly invested in my success. I saw the psychiatrist once a week and he encouraged my input on decisions managing my medical protocol. There was always a staff member available to talk to when I was struggling in my process. The facilities are clean and beautiful. The food is incredible. I stayed 104 days. It felt like a long time but it was an investment in my future and peace in my soul. I’ve learned how to really live again, continuing the growth that started upon admission at CC. I’ve been home 2 1/2 weeks and coming up on 4 months clean and sober! I’m so happy to be part of the Creative Care family!

After spending the majority of my juvenile and adult life in government institutions and prisons I finally gave into the fact I needed help beyond what the judges would sentence me to. I spent 60 life changing days in creative care. This was the first time I ever took the steps needed to voluntarily address my issues and addictions. Two months started a chain reaction that changed not only the way I see the world but the way I see myself. I went from believing I was a victim of circumstance to knowing I am what I make myself. From living on the streets to owning several businesses and supporting my family. This facility and staff have a method of approaching a disease that is not only effective but in my case and many others (people that I still stay in touch with) life saving. I love this place and every single employee from the owner down to the weekend drivers. If you really want change this place will give you the tools to do so. God bless 2 years and some change sober and happy!!!!

When I came to Creative Care I was welcomed with open arms. I was given the care I needed and then some. The staff here is amazing. They are all super kind and caring and actually want to help you with whatever you are struggling with, and they are all super relatable. The therapy here is outstanding. If I didn't have the therapy that I had, I wouldn't be where I am today. This place is not like any other treatment center, and trust me I've been to a lot of other centers. There is just something about this place that is magical and healing.

I’m a 56yr. old male who is both an alcoholic and marijuana smoker. I have been abusing for over 44 years. I entered Creative Care on May 9th 2019. I chose to come here because I have seen this institution on the Dr. Phil show, and actually met a few patients who appeared on his show while here. My wife also did extensive research for places near our home of Thousand Oaks. There are many many rehab centers all throughout the L.A. area and up and down the coast. We decided on Creative Care because they are a dual diagnostic center and because of extreme childhood trauma felt it to be a good fit. The fact that they do not do much in the way of public advertising or solicitation was also appealing as I have found many of these type of places are in it ‘just for the money’. The facility itself is made of of 4 separate houses. The main house is used primarily for detox and medication dispersal, housing up to 7 males and 6 females, separated between two different buildings. The second house is where all the meals are cooked. Meals being used loosely as the 2 chefs who cook here supply nothing less than 5 star accommodations. Salmon, tri-tip, prime rib and chicken are almost served daily, with sides and vegetables galore. There is no lack of food at any meal, even with clientele numbering close to 30 and staff in the teens. This house also sleeps male and female clients. The remaining 2 houses are used primarily for activity after groups, dinner and sleeping. There is one for males and the other for females. All 4 houses supply clients with everything they may need. Maid service daily, ample TV sets, washer & dryers and constant AC keeping all areas extremely comfortable. The administration staff, guidance crew and councilors are all extremely professional. In my opinion, the therapists are unmatched. My personal therapist met with me three times weekly, as is the same with all clients. There is no doubt in my mind that the leaps and bounds covered in my months of treatment have set my course toward a sober and fulfilling lifestyle. There are also several doctors here as well. Therapists, owners and even some administrative personnel hold PHD’s. There is also a RN who works daily. I would highly recommend this institution to anyone seeking a dual diagnostic treatment center. And to save you some footwork it is priced at an 8 on a scale of 1-10. But beware, many of the 9’s and 10’s in Southern California do not compare with the quality provided here. Best wishes on your sanity and sobriety.
