Feedback:
The staff is friendly, but their delivery methods and communication between the drivers, the shipping center and phone support are nonexistent. I was told my delivery was going to arrive by Monday before 4:30pm. Then I get a message saying the driver left because he couldn't find my apartment number. Then the call center said it will be delivered by 8pm, the shipping center says ig will be at their location by 5pm, and the driver refuses to answer his messages. I had to stand for half an hour waiting for my package, and its past 5pm and no one is giving me any updates. I also didn't like that a staff member told an angry customer that the drivers can only wait about 5 seconds when they knock on your door, then they leave. And now, they have a new system where they just drop off your package at the nearest Walgreens. Whaaaaaat? I finally got my package, and didn't even get an apology for all the hassle.
