Overall Feedback:
I can't recommend this service until they figure out the logistics of payment and delivery. Great selection of product. But their messaging is completely broke. You won't have any idea when to expect your delivery, I've ordered twice and both times I've had to call them three hours after placing my order because I simply had no idea when I could expect my order to delivered, their emails are vague and say only that they're working on it getting it to you. But the biggest negative is their bizzare payment system through a totally unknown system called Paytender, which none of their delivery drivers seem to understand. This convoluted process involves linking your bank account, using QR codes, and a whole mess of errors and wait times for "approvals" that each time I've found it easier to just run to an ATM and get cash out.Again, great selection of product. But everything else is a mess and there is literally no reason to go with Caliva over similar services. I hope they can improve this, because I'd love to order from them in the future.
