Overall Feedback:
Getting worse by the day. Every time I order, the shipment takes up to a week and is rerouted or completely lost. Then they claim they cannot do anything about it and I have to find an alternative source for the products. They won't refund my purchase money nor my shipping costs. They are completely unhelpful and at times dismissive and ignorant. There are many other choices available, maybe look elsewhere with better shipping methods.
