Feedback:

I am a frequent customer i spent $600.00 in one day i bought 5 cartridges 2 tropical and 2 strawberry and i bought 1 sw plus 5 new batteries well some of the cartridges worked for about a day and the others became burnt tasteing was horrible so my husband and I took the ones that were completely full but didnt work and took in the burnt tasting one and they refused to exchange the burnt tasting ones and she told us thats what they are like and we had to deal with it we took in the 2 that wouldnt even work and got told due to it being 8 days after the sell they couldnt help us. I was so upset because i spend hundreds of dollars in that store i was only asking to have it exchanged or a discount on a new one and they refused to help i will no longer go to that store, i also work in the hotel in town and constantly get asked about where they should go and refer people almost on a daily basis i no longer will for this store due to the service and due to the amount i have spent there to not get some sort of consideration.
