2 stars because of terrible customer service . I walked into a big and beautiful establishment . The people at the front desk was very polite and helpful .The hostess lady at the bud entrance was the same . However our bud tender gave us terrible service . She made us feel uncomfortable so we left and went across the street . She had an attitude the entire time my fiancee and I was speaking to her . I refuse to spend my money with people like that .

Flew in from Texas Uber driver suggested this place walked in got my place in line I was number 24 waited almost 30 minutes never got past number 3 before I walked out will never go back only 3 bud tenders in the whole place the size of a warehouse went to Reef instead. DONT waste your time here!!.

War is over, go here if you want. I will say this too, I don't know what is going on, but their management makes the most bizarre decisions. I won't always go here, but when I do, I know I won't be disappointed in whatever product is I purchased. I may from time to time have a problem with their regular pricing, but that is actually a personal problem. I may also have a problem when an establishments policies don't always make my life easier. Anyway, if you want to shop here, you won't be disappointed in the products, the building, but who knows if you choose too, you may not like the person you are dealing with or the prices, but hey they have very good cannabis.

Planet 13 is trash! Overpriced and 0 customer service. Go to Oasis, the staff is extremely friendly, accurate, and fast. And the prices are wayyyyy better for exact same products!! Planet 13’s delivery service is a failure. We have ordered delivery, pickup, and walk in multiple times and every single experience has a been a nightmare. The employees are all rude and untrained. Every single time without fail, deliveries from here will be 6-30 hours LATE with no explanation, warning, or heads up. You have to fight with the employees to try and get any information. All anyone can seem to say here is “well we’re the biggest dispensary in the world” .....which means you are incapable of doing your job? And don’t bother canceling your order because they will still show up even 2 days later unwelcome and unannounced. Managers can do absolutely nothing to make it right. Every time I have any interaction with planet 13, my weed experience is ruined by the horrible staff and non existent customer service. Seriously, go to Oasis, they charge half as much for the same brands and products and they are fast and have good customer service, especially for locals. If I order a pickup or delivery from oasis, it’s ready within minutes!! Whereas planet 13 may take a few....business days? Who knows. Done wasting my money here.

I had the fruit salad, chips and a beer. Great experience.

First of all, tip of the hat to Serena for helping us. We were exhausted and dehydrated from the walk from our hotel and quickly helped us find water. Truly a gem in this gold mine. Wonderful service, clean and informative for all walks of Marijuana expertise. Banging music and vibes all over. Don't skimp on this!

The in store experience has gone downhill with the reimplemented use of the kiosk. Nobody should have to touch the same keyboard as ever other customer if your trying to increase the odds of transferring disease well done . This device also causes an extremely long wait time. People want to be in and out not wait an hour when there is 38 registers and only 4 being used.good products fair prices but the kiosk kills the experience

I'm a local and buy regularly. Because they are now allowed to be open, they are not updating website with any deals or specials. Called in and was told it has to be manual applied. Ask how can we tell and was told you can't. Good luck figuring it out to people who want to order online or delivary. Bad customer service. Ask for specific specials and was told about things they don't even have listed on their site. They real just don't want online order. Guess if they can get tourists, don't care about locals.

Response from the owner3 days agoWe assure we that we can manage a proper time, please leave any comments to [email protected] so we can reach back out to you.Can you really this is the second time in a month that you’ve had a glitch or a late driver and I’ve met the driver he seems really prompt my last order was late by 3 mins that’s due to him i believe! You guys gotta get this together if i place an order at 4:30pm for delivery between 9-11:59 i don’t expect to wait any longer you guys had ample amount of time to contact me before my window to inform me that my order would be late but you don’t say anything then all other dispensaries are closed so all we can do it’s wait then you offer no reciprocity for your mistake and no notification. It’s goes beyond poor customer service!

Crater head of a driver doesnt read the driver instructions, comes to my home 12 hours before my reservation time, knocks on my front door WHICH I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED NOT TO DO, and instead of asking for ME, he proceeded to talk to my strict stepmother about how he was delivering weed to this house. Now I have to argue all day because this clown of a driver did not bother to read any of the information I put for the order. If he had done his job correctly, all of this would've been avoided. I should've gone to any other dispensary
