Feedback:

Our experience with Canna-Daddy’s was positive the first time we visited the store but when we returned a Tintcher with a broken seal they would not take it back even though it had a foul smell and taste. The manager said it was against store policy. He used the weak analogy that you couldn’t return a beer after it was opened. I responded, a beer doesn’t cost $48.00. We are new to purchasing cannibiss products so my wife always asks if products can be returned if we are not satisfied. So far, Canna-Daddy’s is the only store that has a no return policy if product has been opened. We are seniors and we are using for medicinal purposes only so how do you know if product is any good unless you try it?That said, the manager was polite and let us return one unopened Tintcher but would not budge on the broken seal bottle. Most Cannibus stores will let you return opened product because their venders will take it back because they want the customers to have a positive experience and they want the return business.Last, buyer beware, ask the store about their return policy before you buy.Kriss Peters
