Terrible service. I mean terrible. Do not bother coming past 5 with everything going on. During rush/ peak periods they will regularly shut down registers. Having 1 persons order take over 5 minutes on average. That is straight terrible. No urgecny with over a handful of staff doing nothing. I highly recommend going to either Mr Bills of Buckley or 112th Street Cannabis. Better choices. Faster customer service and overall a much smoother experience then what Lucid has to offer.

Warrning!!!! This is one of the most expensive shops out there . They have been the only pot shop to have a major inflation bump do to the pandemic. You can go to 112th st shop and get a way better product. I went to 112th a week ago got 10 grams of amazing flower for 40 dollars .I went to lucid asked for a 30 dollar 8th they told me they only had 32 and 40 dollar 8th the next step down was nasty dirt weed for 23 that grandpa wouldn't even smoke.i asked about the big price increase their response was tax increase bs.i can go buy the same products for half the price at other shops just need to drive 5 minutes further. I took the time to write this because I could not believe this outrageous price fixing during this lockdown. Don't shop lucid 112th st or zips is well worth your money .

it’s the same scenario every time I go here absolutely no selection and about 7 staff members and only one is ringing people up. Weird system where you bring a card to the register as well ??? Who set that up ?? Travis is not an enjoyment to be around either a bit of a “wrench” if you know what I mean

Walked 2 miles to get to the store and there was literally no oil or concentrate at all in the entire store. So I picked up some joints cause I wasn't gunna walk 4 miles round trip for nothing. Then I heard the budtender tell the 3 people ahead of me as they checked out that everything in the store is 20% off. Then on my turn he doesn't mention it and I was charged full price. I checked and what I had wasn't already on sale, so he just didn't care or want to give it to me or idk what. Literally would never go here if they weren't the only game anywhere near me in town. I go here all the time. Pretty bummed about today though, might not go back.

Lucid always has great deals going on, and a dope rewards program that goes by visit rather than money spent. And the staff is always super friendly and entertaining!I got to hold a bird in the store today too! Awesome spot hahah

Besides the amazing flower variety and the incredibly informative upbeat staff I absolutely love the fact I can shop at my own leisure . You can take your time browsing and when something catches your eye you simply pick a card (or five) from the front of the display case take it up to the checkout counter and they happily put your order together. What a wonderful concept ( especially for those of us with anxiety, this is very much appreciated) Can't wait for my next visit !

They have a card system, not something I've seen anywhere else. Not at all a bad place, but not a huge selection. Seems like they only stock high quality, but in a pinch I saw plenty of budget friendly choices.On my next visit...I got some recommendations for strains to try. Amirah definitely knows her stuff. Me and my girlfriend both love both choices we were recommended. Definitely coming back for more.

Ya’ll!! Make sure when you come into Lucid, you go straight to Amirah!! She’s super chill, freaking hilarious and she definitely knows what she’s talking about when it comes to product! Also, I love the setup of this establishment. Everything is out in the open so you can take your time and look instead of waiting in a long line and then having pressure put on you while you’re trying to choose!

I love this store. Love love love it. Absolutely great selection of product and spacious simple store layout. CASH ONLY but there is an atm on site that doesn't have a bad withdrawal fee. Only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because more than once I've had to sit there and count back my change with the cashier because they gave me back the wrong amount and then thought I was trying to scam them or something.
