Nice place, friendly staff, plenty of parking and no long lines. I only purchased edibles, prices are high for the low mg packaging, (5mg) per piece. I can only compare it to Denver's Native Roots which was less expensive and 10mg per.

Very nice staff, both accommodating and helpful and no crazy lines or parking problems such as in Great Barrington.Three things that would have improved my experience.1. Lower prices, nobody should have to pay over $60 for an eighth.2. Let the customers see what they're purchasing and weigh it at the time of purchase.3. Please invest in either recyclable or compostable packaging.

Wanted to join loyalty email club , gave them my email to hopefully get what my friend did the day before , they told me yes all the way thro till the end then when they got my cash THEN they said there's the door...... Where's my email back in response ?? I wrote it down on piece of paper for you guys and handed if to your staff.....nothing ? Come Canna get it together , will not be coming back , stick with theory wellness or soon to come MAC to Lee I'm sure they will be stiff competition good luckAlso this place is mad expensive ?

Out of all of Mass dispensaries, Canna Provisions has got to be the best. I went on a Saturday no pre-order (which is unlike me I hate waiting in lines) but there was no wait. You get a one on one consultation and get your stuff within 10-15 minutes time, starting at check in. Best experience I've had yet with a dispensary!
