Recently visited Canna West during a busy happy hour looking for some relief as I work in the food industry and experience back pain. Was kindly greeted and helped in a timely manner. Buddy helped me have a great experience, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Was able to tell him my preferences and what I was looking for, he was very knowledgeable of the products and gave great dosing suggestions as well as different strains for pain relieve! Walked out a happy satisfied customer! If you’re in the west Seattle area. I highly suggest checking out canna west!

Sayed was really attentive, told me about their great deals when I called in 9pm where they have a 20% off 9-11pm happy hour 😍Buddy was awesome helped me out once I got into the shop & he knows some great strains too 👍🏻 The female budtender was very nice & patient! so overall 5 Star experience 💓Courtney was super chill and she showed us handful of her top cbds available. Love the setting outside the house was so romantic❣️ they got nice lights that’s wrapped around the banister while walking up the stairs. Looks and felt like a welcoming home but it’s a pot shop 😆 got some paper from their shop as well comes with filters too ✅

This is hands down my favorite dispensary. The thing I appreciate most are the friendly staff. Every time we go in, we are greeted with many smiles and "hello's". They have great inventory and are very knowledgeable of their products. This store has especially accommodated my needs many times and I will continue to give them my business for as long as I am in Seattle!

It is like waking into a store at the mall. You are immediately swarmed and forced to listen to a sales pitch. I have signed up for their rewards program and ordered ahead online every single time. It is 50/50 whether or not they will have it ready on even the slowest evenings. Only once did I receive the discount that they advertise. It feels like I am walking on to a car lot and they will take every one of your dollars if you don't catch them. There are way too many shops around Seattle with better deals and better service for me to continue to do business with a shady place like this.UPDATE 1/26/2020: Literally just walked out of there without being offered the discount for ordering online. If you don't ask for your discount, they will take all of your money with a smile.

Dislike the ambiance and the demeanor of the sales staff every time ive been in to attempt a purchase. The organization is just obnoxious. Group the flower together. Group the concentrates. Maybe sort them indica, hybrid, and sativa, as opposed to "inspired", "energized", "repair", or "sleep", or "dream". Jesus christ, enough with the weak adjectives and trying to generalize such a complex plant.

These guys are very helpful and friendly. They have a wide range of offerings and so far my favorite is the black floral pen with the perfect mellow product that never gets trippy and always makes things more chill.No creepy or cheesy vibes here, like there are at other dispensaries.Keep it up guys!!

Hello Canna West I changed the rating because yes my husband and I do like your store. The reason for my lower rating earlier was because your driveway was blocked by a black Cadillac Escalade. There were NO close spots available. My husband is a disabled Veteran and unable to walk long distances. We drove around for a half hour or so looking for a place we could park. Also when did you start giving discounts?

Benito was very helpful and professional. The store has a calm and mature professional atmosphere that’s rare at retail establishments in this industry. Items are competitively priced and there’s a n awesome variety of actual quality companies and products. Overall a job well done and an awesome woman owned company! Will definitely be coming back for sure.

Nice selection, fair prices, though not too many real bargains. Pleasant, helpful employees. 10% "wisdom" discount, for those who are at least 55. What the hell, I can't avoid getting older, might as well profit from it in some way.

Friendly and very well educated staff. They really know their selection and have the best sense of humor. Well... Who wouldn't working in a weed store? Serially though, they have a very thorough knowledge of their CBD products and saved me after my back surgery.They're now my number one cannabis store in West Seattle.
