Looove this place. The last couple times have been awesome! Great products and lots of options, and they have wonderful people working there! Ashley is fantastic and so sweet, and very helpful in getting me what I'm looking for! And Layna was really nice while bringing me my order! Would definitely recommend!!

Unfortunately I have to say this place hasnt been consistent with me smh it's a shame cause I really wanted to like this place but to be honest after trying a bunch of different strains I thought I found one I liked so I ordered it again and it was FOR SURE not even close to the same strain as I got last time. The stuff they bring me always just seems to be mediocre no matter what it is that I order. Honestly I've just come to the conclusion that I'd rather spend the gas to drive down the hill to get much better stuff. I'm so disappointed, cause I was really hoping I found a place up here that I could be a loyal customer to 😔.

I've been a customer at Budeze for about 3 years now and they have stuck by me . I'm a former marine with some head issues and am impossible to deal with when I don't have meds and weed is all I use they even give me a special discount (Jules your a saint)that makes it super affordable because I need strong stuff yes the delivery times are slow but so what it's worth it. These people give a care about there customers.Thanks for standing by me your my heros I wish I could give you a medal. Semper Fi

Better than nothing... I suppose. The high desert has very limited choices for cannabis. Both in terms of shops and delivery services. This seems to work towards facilitating an overall complacent approach towards customer service. I have placed orders via text multiple times and checked back hours later to find that they never got my order (even after back and forths with their reps via text to confirm my order). Overall the service is very inconsistent, but the worse part is the fact that it seems like no one there cares.

Forget these guys. I’ve ordered 3 times now and every time I have not gotten an update with an ETA on delivery. The second time the driver came 3 hours after the initial order was placed online and I didn’t get my 2 pre rolls I ordered. They gave me two grams in a packaging. This third time my driver never even showed up. Either get with the times or get out of the game if you can’t keep customers happy.

I've been ordering from them for about a year. Wish I could give them negative stars...They have left me hanging at least 3 times within the last year. Today I waited 4 1/2 hrs ..horrible service. They say their customers come first but that's not the case. If they cant keep up with business they should hire more staff instead of compromising people's loyalty to them...there are many better delivery services, dont waste your time and money on this horrible so called business!

Only delivery service I've dealt with in almost 2yrs. quality is always good but the wait times are rarely accurate. I was offered stamps to prove my previous orders but only got a card with No Stamps from the driver & he refused to honor what I was offered by the lady on the phone. Either way my wife or myself will be by soon, first time not getting Delivery. I should of gotten at least one free 8th by now so I'm going to make sure I get the stamps from now on. We are loyal and honest customers, good quality but need better delivery system or more drivers maybe?

DUE TO THE VERY SLOW RESPONSE TO PLACE AN ORDER, NOT BEING ABLE TO ORDER WHAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE ONLINE, ALSO DUE TO A 4 HOUR WAIT AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 1.5 hrs FOR DELIVERY, i HAVE MOVED ON TO A MORE RELIABLE VENDOR."HIGHER EXPECTATIONS" THEY EVEN SEND YOU AN EMAIL SO YOU CAN FOLLOW WHERE THE DRIVER IS AT AND THERE DELIVERY TIME WAS EXCELLENT, PRICES ARE JUST AS GOOD. i WOULD CHANGE TO HIGHER EXPECTATIONS PEOPLE, THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY EVEN TEXT YOU WITH A RECEIPT AND PRICING THAT YOU PAID AFTER DELIVERY. BUDEZE SUCKS PEOPLE, THERE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL BIG TIME.

Placed an order last night and the driver was leaving for the night, female employee offered to drop it off on her way home. Shows up with the bag ripped open and says she gave me a free cookie and whatever but my moon rocks were missing....... the "FREE COOKIE" tasted like motor oil by the way. Talk about a nice first time customer royal treatment. 😒😒😒💔💔
