Great dispensary on the main drag in Bend, went in there with a friend for the first time. Great quality top shelf stuff. Was amazed with the variety they carried and was treated like a real customer. I spent 2 weeks in Sisters and drove back there again because we were so impressed with this place. Check it out if you have the time while you're passing thru. Well worth the stop.

One of the best places for customer service around! This is a smaller shop but they make up for that with some awesome customer service. There is even a budtender from Arizona who I will come back for just because I had such a good time talking with him. His awesome attitude made me write this review. Also, if you can't make it in, they deliver! Great place to check out in Bend!

Most overpriced store in Bend with the smallest selection. Most of the bud, even top shelf, is hairy outdoor. Makes for some really expensive joint material.At least the customer service is horrible.

Fast and friendly service goes a long way in my book. I was helped with a smile even after asking tons of questions. I’m not from Bend but was recommended cannabend from friends and they couldn’t have been more right. They had so many high quality selections of flower and oil on hand and the owner even came out to greet me and give me personal recommendations. I would tell anyone to go here as I left feeling a great vibe and with amazing medicine.

I’m not a fan of the bad attitude or the bad service. I think it reflects bad management. Your items are overpriced and you don’t cater to medical patients which is increadibly greedy and quite frankly not justifiable. Your owner is a wonderful woman who represents the best of not only the marijuana industry, but industry in general. It is clear her values and what goes on in the store are becoming worlds apart. Simply put, do not ever think it’s ok to disrespect a customer that is paying more than the market rate for products. I’m also not a fan of the disproportionate way you hire, I think having more males could help you understand how to talk to men

This place needs to figure it out for sure! I used to like coming to cannabend for the people, and service, but now I will never step foot in cannabend again. The service and policies have tanked horribly. For example I purchased a cartridge from them and half way through the cartridge it started leaking out the top and on my battery. When I went to return the failed cartridge with original receipt the employee refused to take care of it due to policy of if it’s half way used they don’t replace, and then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my defective cartridge back. First off cannabend has an atm that had $20 in it so a manager had to refill it so I was charged the atm fee twice and got half of what I paid for. Cannabend is a crooked establishment and I hope they go down!

I placed an order. I received the text saying it was ready for pickup. I came to pick it up and the associate told me they don’t have what I ordered. When I politely tried to explain that it is indeed listed in their website, it’s on my order the associate responded “that’s funny because I’m looking at our menu right now and we don’t have it” I told her I would be happy to show her as my order clearly has listed and she accused me of having an attitude and went to bring a manager, when the manager came she has the same disrespectful attitude and tone and after repeadtly saying it’s ok if they don’t have it, just update the menu and please let me purchase my item, I was continuously accused of having an attitude. if I have an attitude when you falsely list something on your menu then have an employee talk to me disrespectfuly then walk out on me I have zero clue how you can have the audacity to come at me like that. I know for a fact the owner is not as unprofessional as the associates I dealt with, I’d be happy to change my rating for this place once I’m contacted so I can go into detail about how I came in to pick up an order that was clearly communicated was ready only to be disrespected by an employeee I’ve never met. And a manager re enforcing that outrageous and uncomfortable behavior from the associate

After being disappointed in the service and pricing at a different local dispensary I stopped in here to check it out. I was greeted promptly by friendly staff as soon as I walked in. I explained what I wanted, a CBD balm, and was given several options. The staff was well informed and very helpful. The pricing was competitive ($10 less than the other place) and even if it hadn't been I would have made my purchase here just because the staff was so great. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

I will never buy from this loser shop again.Would put zero stars if I could. I bought the wrong cartridges from them, it made me cough terribly. When I tried to return it they said they would not take it back unless it didn't work. $66 down the drain. Take that policy and shove it Cannabend! So much for keeping this customer.

This is hands down the best place in town to go for all your medical or recreational needs. The staff takes the time to get to know every one of their clients as much as possible so that your individual needs are met and you always feel welcome and appreciated every single time you stop in. Sometimes I will make a point out of swinging by if I am having a particularly bad day just because I know that it always makes me happy to see the familiar faces of my favorite budtenders :-) Love you guys! Keep up the awesome freaking work!
