I placed an order. I received the text saying it was ready for pickup. I came to pick it up and the associate told me they don’t have what I ordered. When I politely tried to explain that it is indeed listed in their website, it’s on my order the associate responded “that’s funny because I’m looking at our menu right now and we don’t have it” I told her I would be happy to show her as my order clearly has listed and she accused me of having an attitude and went to bring a manager, when the manager came she has the same disrespectful attitude and tone and after repeadtly saying it’s ok if they don’t have it, just update the menu and please let me purchase my item, I was continuously accused of having an attitude. if I have an attitude when you falsely list something on your menu then have an employee talk to me disrespectfuly then walk out on me I have zero clue how you can have the audacity to come at me like that. I know for a fact the owner is not as unprofessional as the associates I dealt with, I’d be happy to change my rating for this place once I’m contacted so I can go into detail about how I came in to pick up an order that was clearly communicated was ready only to be disrespected by an employeee I’ve never met. And a manager re enforcing that outrageous and uncomfortable behavior from the associate
