Bud-tender Kimberly was the rudest human i have ever encountered. I went in to the store today as i have been a member for over a year. She greeted me with a sigh and scuff and asked me what i wanted. She was very rude and inconsiderate. When she came back to the front with my bag she practically threw it at me through the plexiglass. I will now be switching dispensaries for this reason. Over her and her disrespectful manner.

This is my favorite MMJ dispensary in the state, that I have found! Highly recommend the visit, if not becoming a member there. They have daily specials, a point system for added free stuff, and the best staff around! They're knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and passionate about the business and all that surround it. Virgil is an incredible manager and the staff work well as a whole. They have been in business longer than most MMJ spots in the Colorado Springs, CO area, and maybe in the state, not completely sure on that timeline. They were great to work for and if you are lucky enough to become employed with them, don"t ruin it, know you're in a special, unique and special place of employment. They also have the best selection of the top products and companies, with prices and something for everyone. Go there, you know you want to...DO IT!

Very knowledgeable bud tenders. I asked about some information on the distillates packaging, and kind of opened up a can of worms. It started an informative conversation that, though it really ticked me off, it was VERY informative and I am VERY glad I asked who I did. They have very well curated flowers here, and I happen to really enjoy the house grown strains.

Budtender Kimberly ruined it for me. So disrespectful. I wanted to sign over and her response was “Our owner doesn’t want people like you to sign over then renew your card just to get another bonus” (mind you my card doesn’t renew til the end of feb) And I’ve been with my current dispensary over 6 months...I don’t know if she had a bad day or if she genuinely judges every person that walks through the door. I’ve never felt so disrespected.

I was a budtender for a long time, and I've been to probably every dispensary in this town but this is my A1 since day 1 shop. They have everything you could need, and the bud is super fire. (Ice Bear is my favorite) the best deals are the Sky High cartridges (amazing and cheap) Sky High edibles (200mg for $10 or something and soooo good) and they also have Sky High concentrates which are always a great price too. The staff is amazing and they remember regulars and what they like, also if you sign over you get like 10% off and $25 credit for every $250 you spend. Definitely worth checking out, and let them know I sent you!

First visit was amazing! Product and prices are fabulous! DO NOT TRUST A FAKE-SMILE ! As on 11-15 WORST SERVICE EVER ! I CANNOT BELIEVE THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! NEVER LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE ON PURPOSE. THESE LADIES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN RUDE TO ME SINCE DAY ONE !RUDEST WOMEN IVE EVER MET AND WAAAAYYYYYY OVER CHARGED !

This is the worst dispensary I’ve ever stepped foot in. I didn’t even get to the back before they totally dropped the ball. Twice I tried to sign up here and twice I walked away with nothing. Had problems sending them an email with my red card. There’s no reception and no WiFi to help new customers. Today I sit and wait and they take someone ahead of me and didn’t seem to care when I spoke up. I’ll never step foot in there again and I’ll tell everyone that will listen how bad this place sucks.
