If your trying to save money sometimes they have a decent product, most the time I either get a bad cartridge, or has lots of fillers barely get stoned. Depends on the brand I guess and who just doesn't use just leaf and stem. I dunno just seems that way. Or budtenders try to tell me there the best in town or something in that manner. I still go there occasionally but yea..

No customer service! I called, said a long sentence, and the guy from store said “can’t hear ya, call back.” And hung up. Didn’t Even try to talk to me. After waiting through the very long out going message twice already to get to this rude guy, there’s no way I’m calling back, nor will I ever go back. You’re not the best and certainly not the only choice around!

Went in on 3/9 to purchase concentrate. After a long talk with a budtender about the concentrates they have in stock, I purchased two grams. Once home I realized the budtender had no idea what he was talking about as what I bought had none of the traits and characteristics that were described to me by the budtender. 2 stars because the budtender was nice, 2 stars also because he is probably trained to sell what is burning a whole in the companies pocket and not what I asked for.

I was there last night trying to get some pre rolls when the lady asked for my ID as I was trying to get it out of my wallet. I asked her a question about the pre rolls and she very snodderly replied I can't answer any questions until I see the ID. I said that's interesting most stores can still answer questions I'm obviously almost 50 years old. She check my ID and then still failed to answer my question and was really rude and snobby and I will never return to the store again!!

I regularly drive a long way to shop at Cannabis and Glass because of it's great product and quality service. -Today was neither great nor acceptable.-I bought a high end 8th and it was riddled with dog hair. Didnt realise untill i had consumed the product Gross! Unhealthy and not what I want to consume in my body. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was directed to a man named Aaron. After explaining the issue, he doubted me and requested that I drive all the way there to bring the dog hair laced Cannabis back into the store to prove it.He also would not confirm to me that they would pull the contaminated product off the shelves. This to me seems to be a complete lack of customer service and appreciation for customers...let alone valued customers.

I love the valley location! The staff are hands down the BEST out of all the locations. They are very knowledgeable on their products as well as friendly! I love the selection of products they have and their prices are wonderful. Their loyalty program is also wonderful and an added bonus on topOf their already competitive pricing. I highly recommend cannabis & glass!

We had been coming here ever since you opened your Valley location. We came for the wide variety of low end concentrate and the 10% discount for loyalty members. For the last 3 weeks there has not been a great selection of bottom shelf oil and you took the discount away. I don't even give my phone number at the counter anymore because the point rewards are nothing useful for a dabber. I would love to be able to spend my points on discounted concentrate especially when your selection is low.

I love going to the store in the valley. A few times I have went and I have had budtenders that I knew more than them when it came to different things. One time, I went in and all the had were half gram carts in stock and very little of them, only indicas (which I'm a hybrid, sativa, or hybrid sativa dominant woman).The budtender told me that they have shipment in and when i asked when it would be put out I was told that it would be either later that night (it was already like 8PM) or it was going to be the next day. I asked if each location had their own inventory and was told that they did and the budtender couldnt speak for the one that was all the way on the north side. Needless to say, the north store got my business that night, even though they were pretty slim on the stock as well. It really put a bad taste in my mouth for the valley location. However, usually the staff is smiling and very patient and helpful when I need it at this location. I love that. It makes me continue coming back.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the Cannabis and Glass locations. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. The selection of products they have is the best around and the prices are great! Overall I go to this store because of the staff because They’re all very nice people and I never feel nervous asking questions about different products.

I gave them five stars because they have three locations almost ensuring that if you can't find what you're looking for at one location you should surely be able to find it at any of their other one out of three locations spread out through Spokane County ranging from Liberty Lake all the way 2 Northpointe Spokane over near Francis and Addison by Lighthouse for the Blind. Also they offer 50 Cent Bic lighters... Yes I said 50 Cent Bic not mini Bic but Bic lighters. Even if you don't smoke pot and you are a tweaker you even come to this store. LOL.
