Feedback:
Knew what I needed when I went in so didn't need to rely on and employee knowledge. Staff member that helped me was a tall guy with long multi colored hair. Told him what I wanted and he went right to the items and had me in and out in 10 mins. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the debit card fee. Was fine with it at the store but then when I checked my bank statement at home it shows the transaction as a ATM withdrawal so not only did they hit me for $3 or so but my bank also hit me for using a different ATM so that was another $2.50. Not a biggie just annoying. I would suggest to management that they put with their fee notice on the counter that *your bank may charge you with a ATM withdrawal fee since our debit card process is set up as a ATM... or something of the sort.

I love the product selection and display of their inventory. My one complaint, which is the main reason I choose to go elsewhere, is they don’t offer a discount for veterans or medical patients which is a slap in the face of those who served our country, and the medical patients, who without them Recreational Cannabis would have never got this far.

Testing on "top shelf infused preroll" was incredibly low to the point that I regularly buy flower that tests higher without a concentrate infusion.All in this place is just barely acceptable if you have no other option given location and time.

Speaking as a self employed business owner for almost 30 years, this morning for the first time I visited this store, wow...today I experienced some of the worst customer service (or lack of) I have ever experienced in my adult life! Out of the 3 employees working the counter (2 guys 1 girl) I had not one hello/greeting/smile from any of them, and to the older guy with gray hair like mine working the counter there, he had the personality of a flat tire on the side of the road...he made no eye contact with me at all! There’s a million dispensaries and we came here on recommendation of a tier one grower...and were sorely disappointed! We do not appreciate being treated like wallets with legs...we had questions about product as we had never purchased refill carts before and no one could take the time to engage or take interest in us as customers. We buy 4 carts a week and this store nor the one you are opening in orchards will ever see a dollar from me again. You have one chance to make a first impression and when I left your store I was so hot about how I’d been treated that we called when I got home and were told that one guy had a cold but it’s not really an excuse...Based on the other bad reviews this store has some serious customer service issues and they need an over haul!! ***Response to Their Managers Reply to my Review left this morning***Dear Jacob,Your Statement, and I Quote, “Sorry you feel this way and in no way do we give or expect you to receive this level of customer service.” ....are you Serious?!...All the Dozens of Horrible Reviews you have the on here are, “All Spot On”! How Dare you Post a Statement that You, I, and most people that have been to your store, know is False!, to me and everyone else that looks at your Reviews!...Anyone with average intelligence can see right through you!....All you are doing here is, “Spin Control”...We All Know that! You guys have a “Whole Lot of Work” ahead of you...as I would do a 100 % Employee Turnover of that place! I was going to leave this alone, but you had to make an Incorrect Statement (see: “no way do we give or expect you to receive this level of customer service”)...That’s 180 Degrees Opposite of Your Customer Service! This store seems to be going down hill. I actually stopped going there. Compared to the other stores seems like you get less product and more stems. Few of the employees were great but most of them don't seem knowledgeable or care much. I thought after a while id stop by again. Went in, wasent even shown the product, I knew and told exactly what i wanted. She just rang me up and that was it. Got home and it was not what i ordered. It got figured out , but never going back again. Way too pricey too

First thing I see is the dirtiest selection of less than decent prices, atleast 80% of their product is way overpriced and DRY or when it comes to the concentrates FULL of solvents. I did see some fire concentrates and some atleast decent - almost good looking buds but they end up at 30 - 40 a gram (concentrates) & 30 - 50+ an eighth. No exaggeration EVERY single selection of flower was DRY and looked cosmetically poor, just moved to the area and came in hoping for a decent dispensary as it is the only one in Battleground, but I can honestly say they are the worst dealer out of the 10+ others I've been to, bring your prices wayyy down, product wayyyy up, or just shut down it's only hanging on being the only shop around.

We just went in after seeing a $38 dollar half ounce , mind you on the website it specifically stated it was flower.Got home and took a closer look at my purchase only to find out that it's a half ounce of nothing but stems and leaves all dried up and gross. And on the from of the bag in all capital letters it says TRIM.... Obviously not flower, all my other experiences here have been great thus far but I'm boiling right now as that was all the money this week I had allocated to medicine, I would say you should definitely look into being more clear on the website as even for a $38 14gs I expected popcorn or baby nugs... Not a fat bag of trim.. I could seriously go to a street vendor and get a bag12 times the size of this in trim for free

So upset that I wasted my money here. Told them I was new to the dispensary world but I knew I didn't like the high feeling, I was looking for high CBD to combat my pain. What I got was expensive gummies that got me high and made my anxiety level crazy, and $60 down the drain with no pain relief. The guy that helped me gave me the opposite of what I wanted.

The staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Most dispensaries will let you examine what your buying, this place offers no such thing.I'm not tech smart, but it was awesome the owner replied to my email.. The product is definitely quality just maybe educate your employees.. Thank you Mr. Jacob! You've reinstored my faith in humanity! Cheers!
