I used to go here quiet often as a medical patient until recently with corona a thing. I go to make an order as a medical patient and can’t place an order because it said there are no times left. I call and ask how come as a medical patient who actually has a prescription and NEEDS it for pain can’t make and order and they said they are full for the day and try again tomorrow. I then ask are rec users coming in to make pick ups still? And am told yes so cancel their order tell them they can come back tomorrow and get it. You don’t tell medical patients sorry your needs are not important we need to take care of these people who just want to get high for fun over you who has a prescription and actually needs it. Rise has lost my business for good

I am a rmd and a patient I drove a hour out in pain to make it to there dispensary after getting crippled working in the industry. They are pretty far for me to ride given my condition and I don't have a care taker. So I get there and they say it's online order only. Okay cool they close in a hour and a half surely I can get a order in. Nope I go to check out a hour and twenty minutes before they close and they shut the ordering down. I asked to speak to a manager and they said no and told me I had to leave. I didn't I demanded to speak to one and they called security, I left to go home probably with no medicine for the night thanks for having my back team 0 stars.

Showed up an hour and a half b4 closing. the online menu does not tell you to order online so when we arrived we went to place an order and they shut the site down on us, refused to let us in and told us to leave without allowing us to spesk to a manager. As a patient and cannabis worker I find this utterly unacceptable and disrespectful.

After a couple years of going here I wanted to re-review. My last two visits recently were aweful. On my birthday I received a text from rise with a picture saying happy birthday come down for $1 preroll or $1 gram. So I drive an hour there thinking I'm getting a dollar gram. They would not honor it even though I had the text on my phone and was psychically showing them the text. They told me it was wrong. So that means they don't even know what their company is sending patients and instead of honoring it like any other place would refused to. Their flower is so overpriced for the quality, they have the worst points system out of any dispensary in mass. You have to have a minimum total in order to use your own points that you earned by spending your money. They have no understanding of customer service. Basically, there is no reason to come here especially when there are so many other quality dispensaries and new ones opening every day.

I'm a huge fan of the tahitian punch, the tangie and the brownie scout. I would recommend trying those if you haven't yet done so.

I call up to find my medical discount was revoke because of "all that's been going on". They said the promotion ended the 25th n they had been sending out notification for weeks. The only texts or notifications I got were there 420 deals... So on the 27th rise lost another medical patient not because of their product but because of horrible service to their patients

not even sure where to start with this place. i guess with the quality of their most basic product: flower. it's dry, full of seeds, and extremely crumbly regardless of the strain. their menu used to be easy to read but now it's jumbled and void of information on the products (sometimes on the website they won't even show the name of the strain). on top of this they only offer a couple strains in single gram quantities which forces you to pick between strains that may not be suitable for you specific medical need. their strains also rarely change from week to week unlike their competing dispensaries who offer new strains almost daily. the only reason i would go to this dispensary is because it's always empty and it's close to my house, which is funny because it's actually in the middle of no where.edit: gosh i almost forgot about the time i walked in and waited 5 minutes for the man behind the counter to turn around from what he was doing to say "uhh can i help you?" as a medical marijuana patient of 2+ years i personally would not recommend this dispensary to anyone seeking quality product or a good interaction with their staff

I went to rise on the 23rd to pick up some tincture my father needs to sleep my father is 94 and a World War II combat vet when I got there after standing in line I was told that I needed to order online only and then pick it up Rise made no effort to let their customers know of the change in policy while I get numerous texts from them wanting to sell me things there was no text regarding this policy so I ordered my product online early the morning of the 24th when I went to pick it up I was told they couldn't give it to me because I didn't come before noon and that the governor had shut down what they call recreational marijuana the tincture is not for recreation it is to help with my father's sleep and his neuropathy the person who met me in the parking lot I have had problems with before he is rude egotistical and somehow thinks he has some power that he clearly doesn't have I requested to speak to the supervisor the supervisor said she would get me a copy of the order from the state I sat outside for 20 minutes she never returned I own an auto repair business and I am not required to close as an essential service I read the statement online and the statement says that dispensaries with open it makes no distinguish mint for medical or non-medical while waiting for the manager to bring me the document the same host and some other person who did not identify himself And approach my vehicle together in a threatening manner I yelled at them to back away from my vehicle then I was told they were going to call the police apparently it is illegal to ask to see a document be told you're going to see the document and then they send their thugs out to try to intimidate you there is no concept of customer service I obviously will never go back again and since they have such a poor customer service attitude I sincerely hope when they get older they experience the same pain my father experiences and they can suffer the way they're making him suffer bear in mind the freedoms you have now we're paid for by those people thank you for your service is meaningless here I suggest you go someplace and spend your money at a better run facility there is a new facility opening in Hadley across from Stop and Shop

Can't speak for the other products, but the gummies they sell here are more expensive than the ones sold at NETA (and have artificial food dye, at least the Liberty brand)...also,the counter person seemed to find it amusing that i wanted to read the ingredients before buying.-it seems to be a nice enough facility, but i prob will not be going back any time soon...the 'cash only' thing is a bit weird to me, but they do have ATM's there.

This is my go to dispensary as they take great care with their trimming and the buds are not moist but are soft and aromatic. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and happy to talk about marijuana as a medicine and way to reduce pain, inflammation and stress, I use medicinally. I am not a doctor and if you think marijuana might be for you I suggest seaking professional medical advise.
