Hit and Miss products wise,but some good people and good manager..Don't use any more, but want to give you your props, as I didn't know about this five star rating on Google.Thanks for taking care of me when I did use cannabis.

I went here for years and spent thousands of dollars. Two days ago I went in with a broken pen. Every other time I bought a pen there and it broke, they replaced it . He didn't want to do anything and he called Ellen, the manager, on his phone. As I was talking to her he demanded his phone and threatendt to call the police on me. I have as totally reasonable and never yelled or featured in any way. When I spoke to Ellen then and today, two days later, I was reasonable. Everything is on video. I would never go back there again. They have no idea what appropriate customer service is.

Although they have 20% for seniors on Sundays, today I was greeted by a budtender I've never seen before that tried to charge me five times the usual price, was it because of my red MAGA hat, I wonder? Then, if that was not bad enough, although I've been a loyal customer for over a year, the manager ordered me not to bring my LICENSED BY SPRINGFIELD PD SERVICE DOG into the store, because in two years he had one accident which was cleaned up in 5 minutes during which time only I and Caroline were there, Caroline assuring me repeatedly, "its not a problem at all, I totally understand my mother has an old dog." Finally, I left the store and drove straight to Safeway. When I emerged from Safeway, Springfield PD was parked about 50 feet from my car. I slowly loaded the car, legally parked in a disabled spot (the only disabled spot) with the help of a nice young Trump supporter who joked, "what did you do?" I said, "I'm the only one anywhere around with a MAGA hat." This is a fact. Nobody in the dispensary, nobody in the mall parking lot, nobody in the store was wearing a MAGA hat. I asked nice young man why he is not wearing his hat to support his president, "I can't at work," was his answer. Probably PD were there for some other reason, HOWEVER, the moment I shut my car boot they pulled away in the opposite direction. Coincidence? I do not trust anyone at Cannabis LLC, I do not recommend it, I would not set foot in there again. They have plenty of competition.

This was my first visit to a cannabis shop-i have nerve pain, so my doctor suggested cbd's, since I did not tolerate gabapentin-it has made a huge difference already, the burning in my hands and feet is already reduced in 3 doses! The staff is Very knowledgeable, I did not need a medical marijuana card, and I am so pleased with the help I received to pick the right product! They spent the time to explain my options, and it is working!😊

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have wide range of options and potency levels of CBD and CBN for pain management and/or medical treatment side effects (i.e., nausea, etc.). Will sell quantities to meet your financial ability to pay. Offers small selection of paraphernalia and has ATM on premises. Dog-friendly, too, while remaining very professional.

They are GREAT People that work there! So Friendly, REALLY Helpful and they all go out of their way too ensure you are picking out the appropriate strains for the purpose you intend to use it for!! We have gone there multiple times now, and haven't ever tried or checked out any of the other dispensaries; No need too, as They are Awesome!! Thanks Guys!!

I've never been to no cannabis shop and I don't even know what you're talking about sounds like someone Alice's at work or using my name or something like that for you to actually send me an email or whatever saying something about cannabis LLC I don't know anything of this what you're talking about I never been into the store so why would you send me this sounds like somebody's going to get slander suit put on them so how's that for posted

Friendly staff... haven't had any disappointment with their vape cartridges (though minimum selection)....... BUT, I'd be Leary of buying any clones from them. Bought 3 different strain clones. Looked good in the store, but in short time, started to bud. When calling them up about it, all they said was "sorry, we keep them on 24hr lights at the shop"..... That's it. Well, it sure wasn't done at this end. They DID give me the number to their supplier though.... I guess that is what they consider good business. For now, will personally start using other local shops that equally offer good service, product, and prices.

The staff here is super friendly, and Corey who is usually at the front desk always goes out of his way to make sure you're having a good day by the time you leave. The best buds in town are right here folks! They've also been around since the beginning and aren't one of these pop up shops that are just starting to get their people trained. I won't make the mistake of going to another dispensary that doesn't know what they're talking about, this is my place. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If you live in Springfield/the Springfield are, this is the shop you need to be going to. They're cheapest gram of flower is only $7.50 (w/tax) and their cheapest gram of oil was only $18.75 (w/tax!). They have pre-rolls and edibals too if that's what you're after. And they sell those syringe full of oil to refill vape pen cartages too. All high quality products, I've even seen them carrying Green Crack Kush, Northern Lights, and Purple Hindu Kush! Plus they sell glass or vape pens if you need some. They staff is super friendly and helpful about general knowledge, however depending on who you get will depend on exactly what that knowledge is. Definitely give them a try, it's worth it.
