I have been to my share of dispensaries before and with my first visit to this place I felt like I was at home.. being my first visit I took my time to look over the selection before picking out what I needed and with only one bud tender I was still given all the help I need while she was taking care of two other customers while I was shopping... I was never once rushed to make a decision or anything.... My only criticism is the lack of selection in concentrates and flower, I could not find any dabs that I would put in my banger.

Great lil cannabis shop! If you are ever in the Cle Elum area, stop in to this gem. We bought a quarter of some flower. I tell ya it was some of the best Indica we smoked in awhile. I almost made a 2hr trip just to get some more of the goodness. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The flower we bought was a recommendation from one of the employees. Good call buddy! Our Thanksgiving was a hit. My wife and I highly recommend this cannabis store! Happy 420!

I am so impressed by these guys level of professionalism! I recently purchased some flower and was dissatisfied with the “end quality” of the product. I respectfully discribed my concern and Michael was so helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive. Thank you. Thats hard to find these days and you guys deffenitly proved yourself. I’ll be a customer for life. Great selection and prices, comfortable environment and incredible staff! Keep up the great work

the best rec store in town. the whole atmosphere of the place is great, when you walk in you have a huge selection of anything and everything. Nothing is too "in your face" you habe plenty of room to take your time so really decide on what you want. the product hasn't disappointed yet, very top quality. I would go here than the others in town even with it being a little farther frok my house than others, and if I'm going out of town, cannabis superstore is the place I stop on my way out. love the place. 5 stars for sure.

Horrible customer service!! In the middle of purchasing product, the guy helping us, without saying anything, walked away and helped another customer. On top of that, he refused to apologize when we confronted him. In the retail world, people wait for the person in front of them, its called turn taking. I hope that $30 purchase was worth the $200 that we were going to spend.

Wow what a selection, you won't find a nicer group of people working there. Always fresh free coffee and fresh donuts from the local bakery on the weekends. I've been in allot of weed store I've never seen this much to choose from, Flower (top shelf), so many concentrates to choose from 100 at least, cases & cases of edibles, and so much glassware bongs, bubblers, pipe pipes pipes. I won't travel I-90 without getting off at Cle Elum and stopping at Cannabis Super Store!!!!
