Alex is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. Most recruiters will take your resume, slap their logo on the top and send it to their client. Alex took the time to find out about my experience, what I was looking for in a job and make sure me and my potential future employer would be good fits. He then tailored the submission to their client with explanations of my answers. He didn't just forward my resume. Also, Alex was able to see past my job title and submit me for a job that others probably would not have. In the end I got a great job and couldn't be happier. But, even if I hadn't gotten the job I would still give Alex and the Cannabiz Team 5 stars for how they handled me from the beginning. Thanks Alex.
