Went inside and was rudely told I need to talk to security and when I tell them there is no security outside the guy who is supposed to be outside stops chitchatting in the corner to also rudely tell me there is a line outside. The line is one poor dude sitting outside while the 3 employees talk and giggle inside not working leaning on the counter. There are no signs outside saying where you should wait (probably because the security guard who was too busy chilling inside is supposed to be managing the line). Either way it was my first time in and after seeing the lazy and rude customer service i decided to take my business elsewhere. I work in the service industry this is unacceptable.

Very helpful staff and nobody pushy. During this academic they are doing pick up so you order on line and when it's ready they send a sms so no waiting more than five min. There is no parking lot for the shop, but parking close by as well as curb side. Product was terrific and prices in the right area. I must suggest this for a top pick, you will not regret the decision...

My boyfriend and I come here because it's way to close to where we live. They have good product and have a very friendly/knowledgeable staff.Prices are a bit too high in comparison to other clubs (and from what I've read online they dont particularly treat their staff well/are fairly corporate). The place is clean and organized. I do like that they have hand menus to look over if they're busy. The boards are labeled and categorized by types of high and staff favorites which are very helpful as well.

I normally don't make it downtown to shop, but thank God I stumbled on Cannabliss because the hype is real. They have all the strains you know and love, some lesser-known strains, and all of them look like top shelf to me. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to look around more because all the flower is beautiful.Patrick is super kind, and knowledgeable. Patient too! I had to step back and let him do his work because I was having too much fun chatting with him. This will be the last time I go to a dispensary for a while, and the experience couldn't have been better.

I love that they let you split your $99/oz into four 1/4s -- not too common these days and a great business decision imo. I love to get a variety so this has become my go-to shop for this reason. Bud tenders are chill and you can tell they enjoy their job and are passionate about cannabis. I always ask for their recommendations and they are always on point. I love that they always have some top shelf on sale, and the fact that they change the sale-strains is sweet because it lets you get more variety. It would be cool if they got one of those big magnifying glass + light combo units so you could examine the buds even more closely! Anyways I'm high and rambling.Best. Dispensary. Ever.

Collin was very helpful and patient with me. I couldn’t be happier with his knowledge and customer service skills. Not so much for Allyssa(sp?), she didn’t seem to care for my existence or to put in much work at all.Sam was vey polite upon my arrival. Collin, you my favorite bud tender 🙏🏼Love this store, their selection and prices. Highly recommend!

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the backpack policy. I understand the need for security, but I don't really think this makes much of a difference. A lock on the door leading to the weed would make a bigger one. My suggestion would be to just let people bring backpacks in. However, I would be cool with the backpack policy if the backpacks were actually kept in a secure area. There should really be a place behind the counter where they are kept, and maybe a ticket system. As it stands now, I could see somebody coming in and grabbing a backpack when the person is not looking. That would be bad for the customer and the store.

Great staff, Friendly, relatable, I enjoyed coming here. From the beginning when a nice employee named Colin assisted me with check in, we had a great conversation and he was very friendly, even offered water!...I was only waiting for a minute before I was quickly in the back choosing from their wide variety, I got some great help from Chris, who walked me through every step, very nice guy, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience overall, and I'd return to this part of town to go here, even recommend to some friends.

The product and bud tenders were great. Decent price, and knowledgeable clerks. The check-in guy, however, is the reason for a 4 stars instead of 5. He had a friend standing with him the entire time, and made unprofessional comments and jokes regarding specific customers, some of whom were even still in the waiting room. I reccomend the shop, but the door/check-in people need a serious conversation.

If the grams cost over $8 (after tax), this place wouldn't be worth going to. There's decent selection and prices, but the people who work here must think they're caddies on a golf course instead of customer service workers who need to pick up some of that original, and pick up the damn pace. You can be friendly & professional without glibly gabbing with each customer.
