Love this place. $180 top shelf out the the door and you get a free shirt. Fill out a survey on a product and bring it back on a Tuesday and that free shirt too...you get 25% off...$140 out the door...and you get another shirt! Only thing I'm upset about but not gonna let it affect my score is the picture. They need to be a little more vigilant when weighing you out...thats a huge stem.

Extremely rude employees. Online price is set for certain products and they do not honor what is on the website. I am absolutely sure they are taking extra money and putting it in there pockets. The employees Made rude comments because I was short on cash due to the advertising amount. I left the store went to my vehicle for more cash and returned. Upon returning I witnessed and heard the employee talking extremely rude and inappropriate about myself not having cash to complete the transaction to another customer. As I was standing inline, when I heard myself being slandered, I spoke up and called the employee out about his slandering remarks. I will never return. This is a horrible shop to go. So many other shops around have experienced, helpful staff that will not make a customer feel uninvited to spend my hard earned money. I hope everybody will head my warnings and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

This is the ONLY dispensary in Springfield I will go too.. I’ve been to others before and always hated my experience with the staff and the quality of weed but this place never fails to disappoint! All the girls there are soooooo sweet and it always makes my day going there and they always remember me and what I like which is awesome. I honestly want to work here I love it so much lol Thank you Cannabliss team for always making me feel welcomed and always accommodating my picky taste. My only wish is that you guys opened earlier but other than that I have 0 complaints about this place. The people who run this place really know what they are doing!

Try answering your phone. The first time I called it went straight to a personal voicemail. I called again thinking that I must have dialed wrong. A male answered, then hung up on me after I asked if he had GDP in. I called back immediately and he let it go to voicemail. Your store is an unprofessional joke. Obviously you could care less abut service!! WOW....

Good prices, offers a rewards program, good prices, just don't sign up for their text messages because they send way too many text messages alerting the customers of their sales. Today they are having a cookout because it's their anniversary of their opening and already I've received four text messages today. I pretty much get one every single day sometimes two a day. It gets very annoying.

The budtender that is always working when i happen to come is the rudest person there and can't weigh up an 8th ... She says i can only buy quarters even tho 8th prices are listed I talked to the manager jonnah and they said that isn't the case gave it another try cause i like the products same thing happend ... Miss the guy that use to help me .why work in weed if u can't handle weighing an 8th.. Prob not gonna go here anymore seems pointless as I can never actually buy what i want and am forced into quaters. And im medical patient and i drive over an hour just to get ur products..

Love this place they have a texting system to earn points wonderful knowledgeable staff great productsSo this first half was my original thought of this place UNTIL I finally had enough to do the "famous 75$ ounces" well they are NOT 75$ thats before tax which is fine if YOU ADVERTISE IT AS SUCH! And when i tried to lower the amount to still be able to get something it turned out a half ounce would be the asamw as fhe full "75$plus tax" one.I have no problem paying the tax I am glad to be keeping my money in our state to continue to keep rec legal. However please tell me when its not included in the pirce or listed anywhere. Sadly youve lost a long time customer and my whole group of friends. Maybe in the future ill try again.
