Horrible experience went in with a few questions and the bud tender with the tattoos was very horrible and made me feel stupid for asking simple questions. There is another review of someone complaining about the same bud tender. She had horrible attitude and just horrible customer service would not recommend her as a bud tender. Would honestly recommend R green leaf or pure life for better customer service and quality of bud. Gave two stars because they have good prices on ok flower.

Great products.Very nice staff and good prices on regular and sale items. Cash only! No ATM on site but there are several just a minute away. Better hours would be great; like opening Mondays and staying open until 6:30 pm every day. I would be a more regular patient if that were the case. They offer a patient referral program, birthday perks, 10% military discount and first time customer 'goody bag.' The business isn't marked well and it is a bit hard to find your first time. Not sure if that's due to rules of the building or such, but making the business more visible to the public would likely be a good thing.

Cannaceutics is one of my favorites in town. They have great walk in specials and weekly sales. This makes them one of the most affordable dispensaries in town, and I really appreciate that. I have been visiting them for a couple years and they have grown from a tiny walk up window to a full dispensary while keeping the prices low and the product quality high. The staff is very nice and helpful and I will continue to give them my business.

The walk in special is the BEST price for flower ANYWHERE in the state! My biggest complaint about a lot of the dispensaries is they don’t cure the bud properly, its way too moist when you purchase it and that way it weighs more and they make more money! BUT NOT THIS PLACE!!! Very comparable to the top Colorado dispensaries. Every purchase I ever made was perfectly cured! I figured since it was a little drier(like it is SUPPOSED to be!!!) maybe it would be a little light. I have weighed almost every purchase I made here and it was dead on EVERY time! My Kudos to Cannaceutics, you are setting the bar!

Must have gone on an off day 😕The last of the dispensaries that I signed up with in Albuquerque, also during my birthday week. The female tender with tattoos was incredibly snarky and rude. It was as if she couldn’t be bothered. Absolutely the worst new patient experience ever. After being to all the rest, this will be the last time I ever come here again. Every place is different. And, many places stand out in their own ways. I appreciate customer service much more than the quality of the flower and specials. Really was a negative experience. The woman I spoke to on the phone here was much more helpful and kind that what I encountered. Thank you, Next.

Best dispensary in town. Friendly staff always willing to help and answer questions and amazing deals. If they run out of a sale strain they put something if equal or greater value up. Refferal program and free edible up to 13 dollar value every five visits. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EDIBLES IN TOWN. Amazing high percentage strains and amazing other items.

I love cannaceutics dispensary I have known the staff for 7 years now, and they're awesome people. They provide patients with great quality cannabis flower, their delicious edibles, concentrates. I just love every product they have. They always have great deals on their products. I've never been disappointed with cannaceutics. They make the best of everything they have. Very great dispensary. Used to be decent meds, but as time has passed the meds seem to mostly be old, dry bud that doesn't really have a kick. When they decided to change how you order and receive your purchase as an attempt to upsell you, I said screw it, don't have time for this shiz and don't bother with them anymore even though they are very near my office.

*CASH ONLY*In my opinion, Cannaceutics is the go-to dispensary in Albuquerque. They have high quality flower, amazing (and potent) edibles, and the best prices in town. Wed-Sat they offer a random "walk-in" strain for $6/gram. Different daily. I love this place and my only regret is that they only have 1 location. I go at least once a week, and I'm never disappointed. Oh, CASH ONLY!!!!!!

Great deals each week on flower. Prices are about the same as other places. The wait is too long sometimes, depending on day and time. Since they only have one window, if it's busy, be prepared to stay for 20+ minutes. They're redoing their office, but it seems like it's been the same for a couple of months with no progress on the work. I'll give 5 Stars when they get more staff and the location fixed up.
