At the suggestion of a clerk, we purchased a product she said would work for cooking. She was shown the recipe and said if it didn't work, bring the receipt and the product back for an exchange. At home, we discovered it was for a vaping device and would not work. When we returned to cannaking with the unopened product, we were told absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We left the product since we couldn't use it, (worth $27.00), and left the store. I contacted the store via email expressing my displeasure, and have received no respone. My next request for a refund will go to the state of Oregon. LOUSY customer service.
