I'm really liking the quality of my bud that comes from here and of course the highs have been wonderful from every strain I have tried. Keeping in mind Im an indica smoker or indica dom hybrid. Really only negitive thing I can report, and again this just my personal opinion. All the strains I've gotten ALL taste the SAME!! Wondering what that is all about. My favorites right now are NIGHT TERROR I "highly" recommend, also the Guice is another good one

My husband and I just moved here from Washington state. He got his temporary driver's licence for Maine, but had to wait for his permanent one, with his photo. He also had his temporary medical marijuana card. He was turned away and it was a complete embarrassment, the way the staff handled it. They told me that I had to wait in the car vs staying in the waiting room. Which was very rude. So he had no choice, he had to go to another dispensary. Stoner & CO had no problem working with my husband. I would say Canuvo is not a good place to do business for your medical marijuana needs. We will never set foot in this place again! They were rude and I felt unprofessional. They lost our business.

I checked the website this morning and it said they were open .I drove fourty minutes and they were closed.The open sign was on and the light was on but nobody was there.The website says they are open now.Very unprofessional way of doing business.I had to drive to Scarborough to get my medicine because I was in so much pain.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Not if you need something for pain.People were just pulling in and leaving.

Very annoyed they switched there deal days so I figured I would go on a Friday for the free 7 grams and a gram of keif and of course the one time I don’t look up the calendar they switch it to Monday’s where I can make it in Friday’s were convenient because I work late and now I over payed for bud and they wouldn’t let me do the Monday deal I’ll be taking my business else where unless they can make up for the 7 grams and gram of keif I missed out on because I wasn’t notified of anything that I’m supposed to be notified about I get no emails no texts like I am supposed to thanks for not being considerate and helping me out knowing I can’t get there Monday for the deal lol

Best products Maine has to offer. Highest quality flower, concentrates, tinctures...basically everything I've tried. Been a customer for years and will continue forever. Amazing prices and deals too. Employees care so much about making sure every patient gets exactly what they need. They go above and beyond in customer service. Even their packaging and materials are higher quality and healthier (glass vs plastic). Love that they make you feel at home and that you are the only customer. Highly recommended.

I started to go here a year or so ago. Prior to this i went to the wellness connection in Portland. The staff here, in comparison, are amazing and knowledgable. The price are basically the same as the rest of the state. However the specials are Amazing. I can not believe how amazing both financially and with quality. As I earlier said the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rebecca has been A savior to me and goes out of her way to spend time with me to try and find solutions for me. Thank you, thank you thank you and thank you to everyone who cares to make a difference!

The worst dispensary in Maine!!! Period!!! So expensive and the prices go up the more you buy, instead of going down like everyone else. I spent a year there with my wife, not one single deal EVER! The joints are all dry and old like they have been sitting for months on end and run every time I light them. Just plain disappointed severely. There are SOOO many other cheaper and better dispensarys around. Trust me. Way better weed! Way better everything! Except the employees are very kind, I will give them that!

I had been going to this place since 2012 for my meds. I always ranted and raved on about how great the staff was there- they were my happy place and felt like a loving family. Things are NOT at all like that with their new staff. I can no longer order over the phone- after years of doing so. All of a sudden I amtold I MUST order online. I am chronically ill and there are days I am simply too sick and foggy headed to use their website. I really don't believe these people care about the patients anymore at all- its all about the money to them. You'd think for as many people they have working, that quickly writing down a phone order could not be that hard. Taking my business somewhere where I am treated with kindness and respect. NOT like a number.... They seem to be forgetting the whole "customer service" side to running a business.

Well, some real honesty. I just got my card, so I was a little nervous and didn't know much about marijuana. When I went out back I met with a gentleman named cam. He showed me a lot of knowledge about different strands and what will help my body pain, depression Etc. He showed me all the edibles they had, as well as everything!! I felt comfortable, which is hard for me. He's very patient, and answers all questions. If you go here, you should definitely request to see him! I've been back sense and awesome service. Everyone there is kind.

I love Canuvo. After getting my medical card i tried another dispensary and two caregivers, and ultimately i ended up "Going back home" to Canuvo. The reason? For me it was the personable effects. The kind of place that reminds me of the old show i grew up watching " Cheers" where everyone knows your name. The bud tenders ( especially Steve, this guy is a joy to chat with and has expansive knowledge about cannabis) are wonderful and delightful. At first i wasn't a fan of the buds as they dry, and the same thing week after week. BUT that has changed. Now instead of the pill bottles they used, they are using completely seals pouchs/bags in turn has up the buds to tender, moist buds. The selection has gone from a handful to a wide variety. So for me as well as many others this place is my number 1. The place i call home for my meds. Kudos Canuvo. Keep up the great work.
