Very poor customer service the big guy is rude and overly aggressive wont answer customers questions and if he does just barely. They let other customers push you out of the way and dont say anything. The budtenders are okay but dont really answer questions or show products eagerly. Deals are okay but they try to get you when they can. I would take my business elsewhere no reason to be treated like this when spending your money.

I enjoy reading comments about places and people I’ve experienced. Like most this is still startup time in this new legal industry and we’re impressed with Capital Dank. However this would be the perfect place for a preferred line for need. We all know there are those, who have a license, that desperately need medication and there are those that love the high. If the HIGH would consider allowing the PAIN a to move ahead in the long line it would be super duper appreciated. Maybe start a trend. I love the prices at Capital Dank and I would love to again meet the lady that recognized my pain and made a great recommendation.

GREAT PRICES. super nice and knowledgeable staff. i have became a regular over the past month or so and they always know who i am and treat me with excellent service! the only drawback is how busy they are during popular hours (which proves that they are top choice for everyone).. luckily they are now open 24 hours which solved that for me!

This place has the best deals in the state by far and they would be one of my favorites, BUT they still aren't prepared or staffed adequately to handle the turn out.. When advertising 1 ounce for $40 or 3 for $100, it may be a good idea to have at least 1 ounce (or even 3) bagged in advance for the constant line of people waiting to get in the building. Just saying.Be prepared to wait longer than you want!!

Boy Jacob was a trooper! Tidy clean bud racks. Friendly staff all around. Great quality and quite the dank selection! It stayed busy while I was in browsing and picking through things. Wait time was short and we were out in a flash. Ten cent joint for a first time visit was a fun surprise! Again super star staff! I'll be back. 😊 Capital Dank where they hook you up with the deals like you're family.

Favorite place so far. I have been visiting and experimenting places since obtaining my card. They have the best prices and have some of my favorite brands such as Everything's OK. Highly recommend this place. I am from the northwest side of Oklahoma City and this place is well worth the trip every time(which is at least once a week). Staff are super awesome,too. Depending on time you go it may have a bit of a wait but it's not a hassle at all and they are good about bringing people back in a good time. Totally worth it.

I’ll drive the hour to come to this dispensary. Prices are great. All top shelf and platinum shelf flower , edibles , concentrates , etc... are at a great price. And the bud tenders and people there are great to interact with and know there medicine. They will not only make sure u get home with what u need but with the hospitality of making it feel comfortable when u go in to search ur medicine. I recommend this dispensary to any and everyone who can make it to the location. GO CAPITAL DANK!!

The selection is insane! They have multiple, friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders not only make you feel crazy welcome but also make it an efficient experience without feeling rushed out the door. And the prices are freaking insane!! We drive all the way from Guthrie to go here. I absolutely can't say enough great things about this place!!
