Overall Feedback:
I highly suggest looking at the Yelp reviews. I had terrible customer service on the phone alone. Jannel, the lady I spoke with sounded so depressed on the phone an was so rude. The owner of the house across from us wanted us to move in on a short notice, this place is managing his home for him, but after the phone experience something didn't seem right so I looked at reviews and it all made sense. My husband is a peace officer and we are tired of having bad neighbors in that house we thought we could help out. But we will not give our business to people like this! Time to drain this swamp.
