Sunday Oct 13 sometime between 6-7 pmI went to Caregivers for Life to purchase RSO Oil for a cancer patient.I didn't have the license, only the intake information from the Colorado Med Card website.I had a terrible time with password resets on the State site, as well as the Yahoo Mail website for the patient.The receptionist was extreme patience and helpful offering her knowledge to resolve the situation. A salesman, I believe the only other person there, blew into the waiting area, yelling the url for the State website.I try to explain that get to the website was the not problem. He then proceeded to rattle off information that was neither useful, relevant or requested.I had to interrupt him several times, telling him, "we got it." Telling him several times that we didn't need his help.He stormed out of the waiting area.The receptionist had been "retrieving" the password reset codes on her computer. Thus was very helpful in resolving the problem.She had stepped away from her desk. I sat down to see if the reset code had be received yet.The same salesperson came out of the back, yelling for me to get off of the computer. Screening it was against the law. Screening again to get off the computer, with no pause to allow me to comply.He was overbearing, obnoxious and extremely rude to me. So much for the customer us always right. I don't want to be right, but perhaps treated with respect as a purchasingcustomer.I left with no purchase and plans to NEVER purchase anything from Caregivers for Life.Second postSame Salesman still with attitude I went to purchase Colorado Cannibal Oil for a cancer patient. When I ask what strength the THC was in the oil, I was told 50%.I stated the RSO oil should be a range of 60% to 90%.The man told me we've been selling this for 10 yrs.I ask if it had success with Cancer patient.He said "yeah, will sell a lot", but no answer to my question. With the attitude of "take it leave it", he the walked away.
