I dont go here, but I know someone who does. He says that they already have his order ready for him when he gets there without him putting in an order. Maybe he don't understand what to do, I'm not sure. He is fairly new. Where I go, everytime, you put in your own order and amount. If needed, you have the pharmacist to help you. I love where I go in Forestville.

Most staff are very friendly , usually in and out. But the quality from AGL has seen a rapid decline . With the dispensary less is more . Check out some of the theraplants or some of the hybridols around 35-39$. got an indicol c last time for 43$ and was not happy. Quality was cut in almost half from when I first got my card(that strain used to be amazing) not to mention I paid for full cut and it was all second cut, shake and all small nugs . This isn’t the only AGL product I haven’t been happy with. It’s a hit or miss, if it’s not hybridol q or a couple of others it’s not even worth the money. Make sure you really know what you want before you go

I am giving a 5 because everybody here is great EXCEPT today a 'woman' I never seen before. She was so rude it caught me off guard. Clearly she's not enjoying the products... This place offers decent prices and fast service. I do hope soon some body can help with dosages for specific illnesses because it's really hard to know if it's working for anything other than pain, anxiety, and insomnia for me. Those things it's helping a lot! I just wish we knew more....

Always a pleasant visit, everyone is very personable, caring, and knowledgeable in the field. Even when there was a answer the person wasn't sure about they helped me to a great source which filled in blanks. Makes you feel better when there can be a lot of questions when it comes to medical weed. Ive never have had a bad experience with them and would recommend them to almost anyone.

Very professional , the staff is very good at answering questions you may have on cannabis from the product to general use and dosage advice. They also take seriously any concerns you may have about the products sold there. The only thing that could make this better is if CT had more diversity in pharmaceutical cannabis growers / manufacturers

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and take the time out to talk with you and help you with what strain is best for you! I love that every time I go there's new selections but sometimes it does suck when they are out of what you want! But they will find you something as close as possible to what your looking for! Coleen is very friendly seems everytime I go in that whole I deal with lol! But I always check the website prior to going to see what they have that I'm looking for so that way I know what I want but ask questions if it's something new that I'm unfamiliar with but am interested in trying but ask to make sure it won't effect any of my other symptoms. Like anxiety and panic attacks etc..certain strains can out you into panic attacks and I was unaware of that until I came here! So don't be shy ask questions they are there to help and are very nice! I always leave happy and feeling in a better place! Would recommend to everyone! So happy with my choice of Caring Nature!

The staff is very knowledgeableThey know what to give you for what ailments you are having. They know you by name. Never forgetting (idk how they do it). All the staff is kind & nice, they all answer any & all questions you may have, regardless of how long it may take. They always have some kind of special going on usually including every strain. Ive had pens break on me & they have been very good at replacing them. One was even over 30days but because there was extenuating circumstances they worked w/me & STILL swapped it even though they wouldn't get reimbursed. If you need a dispensary I would deff. Recommend Caring Nature. They are legit & ive had no negative issues.

Dave and Colleen the pharmacists Are just so knowledgeable, Understanding and caring!!! Its been such a pleasant experience from day one... All the girls in the office are so knowledgeable, helpful And go out of their way to help you.Really has been an awesome experience from day one...
