We popped in 10 minutes to closing and still received friendly, amazing service. On top of that, we had a minor issue with one of our products, and the night manager went way out of his way to help us sort it out. Hands down the best service we have ever received!! This is our new favorite place and we will be shopping here whenever we're in the neighborhood! PS - they have an amazing selection of products!!

I have been to SEVERAL shops around town and like to spend generous amounts on quality product. Other stores carry quality products, for sure, but not as vast of a selection as Cascade Herb Co. I drive all the way across town, well out of my way, to EXCLUSIVELY purchase what I need from them. Endless selection! Friendly service! Best value! Constant deals! Knowledgeable staff!Also, the customer base this store draws is, for the most part, pretty groovy.

I've been to dispensaries in multiple different WA cities as well as other states. Cascade Herb has impressed me more than any other I've ever seen. The enormous selection, excellent prices, and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff just blew me away. On top of all of that, the funky antique display cases add a charm I've not seen elsewhere. 5 stars only because 10 stars is not an option.
