this is a great place! but sometimes the staff is very overwhelming i've gone a handful of times and each time has taken longer than i felt it needed to because staff kept making suggestions/explaining things in technical terms that i didn't really get and made clear i didn't get. i really like to get in and get out, i don't want to spend more than 10-15 mins, and i feel like i'm there forever when i go bc they won't stop talking ? they really always are just trying to help but part of customer service is being able to read your customers and realize when they are just ready to get their product and go.
