What an amazing space...It's a crate diggers heaven. The picture is just one part of the shop, which is on the drag in the basement.I should have allocated more time for my visit, arrived with a printed want list and a pair of old jeans to sit on the floor and gone through boxes.Must visit again soon...

When it comes to longevity and history in a store, you can't beat Album's on the Hill. With a storied past, one that spans for over 30 plus years, this record store continues to provide the community with excellent music. The customer service is always above and beyond exceptional. I walk out of the store not only with a great priced record, but with additional knowledge I didn't have before entering the building. Always a great stop for records.

Feedback:

Albums on the Hill is my happy place! This is my favorite record store in the metro area and that is almost entirely due to owner Andy's welcoming personality, encyclopedic music knowledge, and willingness to share. Doesn't hurt that the used area is a treasure trove and he stocks cool, interesting new titles, as well. Highly recommended.

Feedback:

This record store is the last of a dying breed, sad to say. Thankfully there is Albums on the Hill and it's owner Andy. Andy's knowledge of music, all genres is unsurpassed. The selection here is amazing and if they don't have it you can bet, if it exists, Andy will find it for you. I can't say enough great things about Albums on The Hill. If you're looking for some great vinyl or just great conversation about music go there!

Feedback:

Without doubt, one of the U.S.'s premier vinyl/recorded music operations, alongside Austin's Waterloo Records, Minneapolis's Electric Fetus, Bob Delmark's shop in Chicago's Loop, and Nashville's Ernest Tubb Records. Albums on the Hill's Andy Schneidkraut is a major leaguer when it comes to pure music knowledge, historic context, superb taste, and finding the most arcane/hard-to-find titles worldwide. Andy's also one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. An all-round A+++.

Feedback:

They have a great variety of albums, CDs, and interesting merchandise. Even the cheap CD bin is full of awesome gems. Unlike many other record stores in town, they have great customer service and will go out of their way to help you. I have ordered records from them that I wasn't able to find anywhere else online or at other record stores. They were able to fill the orders quickly, and also texted me which is really convenient, to let me know when they were ready. The owner, Andy, is a wealth of interesting stories and music history. This record store is a Boulder staple!
