Not too sure of what I did to be treated so rudely each time I've ever walked in, but I will not be returning after today. This is the third time my medical discount was not given along with no receipt. Never get any kind of friendly greeting, the staff doesn't seem to know much at all about their selection, and I feel more so of a burden than a welcome customer. I always tip well, and I always buy a decent amount; I'm kind and courteous. All I ask is to be welcomed after a long day of work and wanting some pain relief. ✌️

Went online and found a good stain at a great price. Tried 3 times to call and confirm price as I live 45 mins away. No one answered. So just went down. Got there and was told that the station I wanted was actually almost 3 times the cost listed online. Even showed the online menu and was told that the gentleman working was not responsible for the website. So they would not honor what was online. That is false advertising. What a waste of almost 2 hours. So disappointing. 😔🙁🤨

Ignore anyone saying their prices are steep. I've been to several dispensaries all over eastern Oregon. Central Organics in Madras along with Pendleton Cannabis, and Kind Leaf in Pendleton are by far the best in quality and price. Plantae in Madras is good but a bit expensive.Also, the friendly staff at Central Organics provide great service!
