If I could give ZERO I would. Don’t waste time here because they obviously don’t care about wasting you’re time. I’ve placed orders since they were on Weedmaps. Since then I’ve stopped and slowly came back to ordering. They reminded me why I stopped in the first place. They’re communication and ETA are so poor. They will literally say 30 minutes and you won’t here anything for like another hour AND 30 minutes . I currently waiting on just the eta since I orders at 10:40AM and it’s 12:20PM

The level of disrespect & condescension I received is astonishing. I've ordered several times & each time there's been an issue, usually it's timing (like an hour over the 90 minute quoted time). Today it was the wrong product & A SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM! My order was a 1/4 oz w/ an additional gram; I always order 2 different kinds, always. As the driver pulls away, I open the bag to see only 1 package. Yes, it's about a gram over a 1/4 but it's all of the same variety, not another type. I called to figure out what was going on & was informed that I only named 1 kind in my order, not 2. Instead of clarifying WHAT THE PATIENT WANTED, another driver took it upon himself to just put an extra gram of the same kind. What ensued next was condescension, rudeness & a SERIOUS lack of customer service. To have such an attitude about something as simple as telling me your name so I can reference this conversation is unbelievable. I work in customer service & I'd be written up (or worse) if I acted that way.
