Although they had great meal plans and for my first time here they had great options to choose from. Me and my husband are both truck drivers so we purchase meal prep across the county to fill out truck fridge for a week. I am so disappointed that 3 of my meals were spoiled before the exp. Date. I can only figure this was due to poor food handling and temperature control. Maybe California does not require business to follow a food temp guidelines so I guess it could be my fault . We had purchased 21 meal deal. For the money spend on the food I will not be returning to this store. Also before coming into the store I called the day prior to check on prep days and what was available. I asked about ths lasagna that was advertised online. The gentleman I spoke with said they care it seasonal but because it's a seasonal product they usually always have it prepared. There was no lasagna and when I asked the cashier if there were any more items come out today (because I can see them prepping multiple items while I was shopping) she said mo nothing was coming out. I feel like the food that spoiled could have also been changed exp. Date and they wanted to sell what they had before allowing me to wait for something fresher. I had the time to wait. Just a shame.

Call to get more information and see what the had available and what meal plan will work best for my dads situation and the lady that answer the phone didn’t even want to bother telling what plans they had or what plans will work best. She kept telling just go on our website and you look through them. I told you can’t tell me over the phone to make it faster she said no and to top it off she had a very Loud music planing in the background. Worst customer service ever

The customer service at Valley Meal Prep is top notch! They will work with you one on one to meet whatever goal you set for yourself. They have a variety of food but the carne asada street tacos are my fave! I look forward to ordering from them for a long time to come. I am really excited that they opened a convenient location in Stockton!
