Great people to work with - very responsive when construction issues arose - their customer service was 5 star! Our Project Director, Brian, was incredibly patient and helpful as we worked with our high school students to erect the steel frame, and then later when our school carpenters took over to complete the rest. Our school's High Yield greenhouse was among the first they sold so there were still some kinks to work through, resulting in the 4 star rating. I bet subsequent kits will be 5 star. The greenhouse has been operational for 6 months since August of 2017 and it is working beautifully. With radiant floor heating to supplement the passive solar aspects of the greenhouse and the GAHT system, we have kept night time temps in the mid to high 50's, even with sub-zero temps for an unusual three weeks.
