Google has my address wrong, to compensate for this I put delivery instructions on every order I place regardless of vendor. I've submitted the correction, but albeit I'm at the mercy of Google to fix the pin. For the first time after hundreds of delivery from various vendors to this (admittedly hard to find in the day of GPS reliance), I received an individual who was unprofessional and told me if I didn't find him I wouldn't receive the product. I did look for him and nowhere to be found (including at the incorrect pin drop location). These are trying times so I forgive everyone for getting frustrated, etc. That being said how you are treated is a reflection of the business, so not reflecting well today Chalice.

Curbside delivery is the way to go if you’re looking for a quick process. After you have placed your online order, just give them a ring when you get to the parking lot, they’ll check your ID, get you any change if needed (DON’T FORGET TO TIP!!), and then you’re on your way. Re-edit of original review. My wife & I love this place! It's close! The employees actually care! When I ask for something I know they have enough knowledge of the product to suggest the best option. The employees are personable which is a big diff than buying from other places where your just a number. I love I can talk industry and I don't feel I am the only person who knows what they're talking about. I also purchase stock as they are on the NYSE. So as an investor I LOVE Chalice Farms!! Great product selection and the store layout is awesome! It reminds me of Colorado mountains!

I had my 1st dispensary experience here! The layout and decor are inviting, comfortable, and appealing to the eye (I love their polished wood base/chalice displays that also match the wood counters framing the glass tops). There was an ample selection to choose from without being completely overwhelming. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, encouraging, and nonjudgmental! Kristen (spelling?) was especially wonderful, so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions!!! Highly recommend!!

Chalice farms on Powell is hands down one of the best dispensaries in Portland. The staff not only is incredibly friendly but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were eager to answer all of my questions and help direct me to the product that was right for me. The shop is clean, beautiful, and gives a nice warm “welcome home” feeling. Couldn’t recommend enough; they’re my go to dispensary.

We used to be regular customers, we got a brand of cartridge that wouldn’t work with our battery and they refused to exchange for a different brand that would work or refund for $30 worth of oil we couldn’t use. Just do the right thing, you’re a dispensary. Why rnt u cool?????? With Foster Buds in the neighborhood it’s a clear choice. Go to the shop where budtenders don’t have to wear a uniform, duh.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and above all patient with my questions and indecision (: special shout-out to the ball of energy that is Natalie, and her carefully curated playlists, as well as Jarvis, who always has a warm smiling welcome! Great, boutique shop with great customer service. Definitely for the people who live and breath cannabis. They are great at explaining things and are very nice and patient. Also, they have excellent product quality.

Today was my first time visiting Chalice Farms-Powell. I was greeted with a smile and professional attitude as soon as I walked in the door. When I went back to select my products, a young woman with short dark hair(I forgot her name-sorry), greeted me with a smile. She was knowledgeable, professional, and quite helpful. The oils and prerolls I purchased were superb. I will definitely go back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and vast selections are just a few reasons why anyone would be foolish not to visit this fine establishment. A+ all around.

Stood in line for almost 20 minutes behind one other person, no one was at the front desk for most of the time and then they struggled for a while to enter in a basic Medical card for the woman in front of me, which took so long that I had to leave and go elsewhere. Lost my business before you ever got it, which is a shame because I just moved to the neighborhood and was excited to have somewhere so close. Not worth it if it takes half an hour, better to just drive elsewhere.
