Curbside orders are being completely ignored. No communication that things have changed. Waiting 28 minutes before I was able to get my product that I ordered online this morning. The fact that their solution to being understaffed is to IGNORE the phone is a sad excuse for how to handle the situation. COMMUNICATION, how is anybody supposed to know you are ignoring curbside calls when you are still offering it. BEST PART, instead of the manager strapping up their boots and helping answer the phone, they were in the back office supposedly making a sign to let people know they won't be answering the phone. Real clutch. Thanks for wasting my lunch break. I will say, employees are pretty awesome, it's just the decline in organization and communication that is ruining my view of this place.

I want to thank, Devin, Dom, Nate, Annie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong, don’t beat me. Lol) and Jackie for all the help that I get when I see you guys. Hands down number one dispensary in Oregon not just because of the amazing people that work to help us the consumer find what we need but the amazing prices and product that they carry. It’s going to suck moving to AZ after finding such a great place as Chalice Farms. Thanks again everyone, see you before I move.

It's close to my house. Staff are very friendly. I get good deals. But first time trying to order online, not only are they out of my selection, they said they couldn't even sell me the amount I asked for. Um..Then why is your website allowing the option? And who is charge up keeping it updated? Not impressed on that.. but this place is still my go-to store

(EDIT: Had to change my rating. Have had issues the last few times. Not sure why you guys text out deals when you don't honor them. Too many issues with your discount system, as in I never get any) Was My favorite shop in the Portland metro area even after moving across the river to Milwaukee I will still make the trip to Tigard for my marijuana purchases. Very clean and professional and the people are always great and knowledgeable.

In my top 3 worst experiences with buying from a dispensary. The employees were rude, snooty, and lacked knowledge about their products. The store itself and product layout is weird and ineffective for making informed purchasing choices and there was no one available to help or answer questions. The overall ambiance is gloomy, slightly creepy, and uncomfortable. The marijuana was mediocre and over priced.

I’m a pain patient, but haven’t gone the MMJ route just yet. So far, OTC is fulfilling my needs. I have to go w/hybrid and/or Indica, sativa’s jack up my anxiety & don’t do much for pain (IMO). I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me, he had a cool mustache. I needed specific items, RSO, RXO, & Golden Açaí. He was patient, taking time to explain the different strains of Dr. Jolly’s RSO’s they carry now. Helped find the right RXO, then he found the last boxes of Golden’s at 50% off for me. He was great! I was able to get everything I needed in one stop shopping this time! Thank you Chalice & dude w/cool mustache😁.

I always enjoy going to chalice. It's close and the people that work there (today- got help from Nate. A genuine & optimistic dude) are wonderfully sweet, friendly, and always willing to help find the best product for you given their own experiences with said product. The only draw back is it's cash only and the stock is limited, but what they do have is the bee's knees and the cash only thing is easily manageable since they have an atm on site. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone in the area ✌🏽🖤.

I was not satisfied on my last visit.I bought an 8th of the value flower Chiquita banana, and the weed did not even get me high. Of course I figure maybe I just have a high tolerance, but even my fiance and a friend agreed that it wouldn't even get them high!! The weed is really dry and not cured well either. Obviously it was an $18 8th so I'm aware that the quality is not going to be the best. But I have bought weed that was cheaper and it got me more high than this stuff. On another note, the selection doesn't have a lot of variety and seems overpriced for what you get. I have shopped here before and bought the higher shelf strains, not the best for the prices that they ask.
