Nice shop, friendly customer service, and a nice lil selection of products. I would have given it 5 stars but the time I went it took about 10-15 min for me to shop. BUT BUT BUT ... there always a but 😅 .... due to COVID-19 I’m sure they were short staffed or only have a few staff in at 1 time to maintain the safety guidelines idk 🤷🏽♂️ But overall great experience great prices 💪🏽

I have been coming to this place off and on for 2 years. They never have the ounce specials that they advertise. I have been here when they open in the middle of the day and at night and never gotten this this dealThey had a shatter special 8 for $99 then they changed it to 8 for 110 Al advertised on cannasaver,Leafly,Weedmaps and I get here and they won't honor that deal saying it is now 120 for 8 even though the ad went up today. I think it's really dishonest of them to be luring people in and not honoring their specials and deals.I also think it's disgusting that they bribed people with free joints to get a 5-star review even though they don't deserve it.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the dispensary and the bud tender who attended me. Gina was very knowledgeable about the products I asked about making it easier for me to decide what to buy and super welcoming with a smile the entire time. Compared to other dispensaries where the workers are always grumpy this was a wonderful experience!

My name is JAson I went in the lodge last night, the guy working his name was Jason also I have never walked into a dispensary and got the customer service that I got last night. He was extremely friendly and had friendly conversations which is rare to find in most dispensaries. I will definitely be going back to this dispensary.Shout out to Jason for quality service

Not only are the products amazingggg (hello gelato and champagne 😍) but the staff has amazing service. Alex helps me every time and she always keeps her eye out for things she thinks I might like. Having that personal connection with customers no matter how long it’s been since you’ve seen them goes so far when so many dispensaries are all the same !

I called the day before today to see if they had any cherry lime haze left. They where out but told me they are getting a shipment in tomorrow (today). To day I called at 1130 and they said they just got a shipment in and they where just bagging it and would be ready around 630. I asked them if they would hold some for me and she said of course they would. I drive 30 minutes out here just to be told they didn't have any and haven't had any all day.

Do not trust the employees at this dispensary especially a young lady named Alex. I visited the store in April And I left my vape on the counter. Since I live out of town I spoke with her and she said she would mail it back to me. I even sent $20 to cover postage and Told her To keep the rest as the tip for going out of her way. I've made several attempts to contact the store but I'm always left on hold And the tracking device attached to my vape has now been disabled. I know this review has nothing to do with the store itself but it tells you everything about the integrity of their employees.

The lodge always feels like home right when you walk in! Every staff member there is always going to great you with a smile and respect! If you have an idea of what you want or even if you have no idea of what you want the staff will give you some amazing recommendations! I also suggest trying a rosin stick! I'll suggest this place to anyone I know that's for sure!!

This dispensary is on point always. The customer service the provide, down to remembering your order and that you're getting married, is amazing. Their product is one we always choose over others. Between the deals and the quality, we would never pick another dispensary. The Lodge on Federal is and always will be, the best dispensary in town.

I love this dispensary’s marijuana. It’s definitely top quality bud. People that work there are friendly and the store is organized. Also you can order online which makes everything so much easier on busy days or if you have to travel far to get to a store. The strains are all fresh and smell beautiful. This store is the perfect place to pick up your marijuana.
