I came in sometime last month to get an MRI done for my surgery. I had a pleasure of seeing a young lady Ashley in the admitting department one more time since my last visit. I appreciate her smile and kindness and patience with how she manages to do her work. I understand it has been a very hard 2020 for everyone including myself and to go to a hospital where you feel welcomed by the person in the front it makes a great difference. With this said, thank you Ashley for making a difference in this hospital, you are definitely one of those people that make a difference in this world, keep smiling!

This is the most unprofessional medical facility I have been too. Admittance staff in the window does not care much what the problem is. Her word, she is just the admittance and care only about billing and papers. I only asked how long will my kid wait. The bald fat guy in the emergency nurses station expects my kid to move around although he is suffering from severe pain. Upon arrival, I asked for a wheelchair but he said the onĺy wheel chair they have is in use and will return. Waited for long time but none.I asked for a blanket but nothing provided. Have to help my self to where it is kept. Hostile and loud environment.Nurses including the guy giving diagnosis which will later contradicts the doctor.Radiologist for the CT scan seems bored and can't even have conversation to reduce stress. I understand it is not his job to entertain people but a more professional attitude could help.Doctor not introducing himself. Just had a tag that says doctor. Had to ask for more information on his diagnosis as he did not provide much unless asked.

Family was admitted and I must say this place is horrible we was here for 6 days. I stayed and witness everything I am about to say... The doctors come and speak to the patient without reading the chart. I have to update the doctors (ALL) of them from 4 different specialties. multiple doctors covering for each other STILL not reading the charts before coming to speak with the patient. They even told me I don't know I have to look at he chart. So I told them to do so before coming in the room. The nurses RN are in competent. They don't check their patients or respond to the call light. Several patients had been Lncursing and going off on the nurses. One nurse said "Stop calling me them". Another patient discharged himself because he was treated so badly. I had nurses leave medication out forgetting to give it to the Patient. Out of about 8 nurses one 2 know her job and was over worked. The CNA are lazy uncaring and do unless than half there job. I am CONFUSED on how this place is still running. They ran out of blankets and the place is beyond cold, colder then normal hospital. One nurse stated to me "Sorry this hospital is poor". I only gave the one star because I couldn't leave a review unless I did. They don't deserve to be give half of a star..... Whoever come here please have someone with you and have them stay with you around the clock.

My daughter was ambulanced to the ER on a Sunday evening we waited 7 hours to be moved to the ICU. The RN on duty was rude, and uncaring, she actually threatened me with calling security because I wanted answers. After being moved to the ICU, the staff was wonderful very attentive and kind. The ICU Drs were equally nice and helpful. The ER area was dirty and my daughter is in isolation 24/7 and deaf. The respitory therapist in the ER was silent and without compassion. Not sure I would recommend going to the ER but beyond that not a bad place.
Feedback:
I was recently at Chapman Hospital 11/15 to 11/18 for bariatric surgery. I was really nervous since Chapman only bad reviews on here . WELL I recieved top notch service their professional nurses in pre op and post op were spectacular (thanks Zack). In my room during my stay my comfort was the #1 priority. It was very clean and everyone was attentive to my need. And I was a big cry baby. Pain management was on point. I would recomend them and use them in the future.
Feedback:
Terrible service we had to leave because my girlfriend had a bulge in her abdomen and we where waiting for over an hour and a half when we saw a lady cut in front of everyone bc she had a “stomach pain” and she was making a scene so they took her in and left us waiting even though we were there long before her. Don’t waste your time coming here. The doctors don’t care at all.
Feedback:
Horrible place to go. My husband had surgery and the doctor left and didn't even talk to me about the procedure. I dontt know what they did and how he was doing. He stayed in recovery for 3 hours still no one bothered to come and tell me his condition, then after I called and complained they moved him to a room and made me wait to see him for another hour.....so unprofessional!!
Feedback:
This place is the most horrible hospital i have ever been! This past monday evening i was refused service by the doctor on duty in the emergency room for been a kaiser Permanente patient, i was brought there by ambulance because while having dinner i started to choke as soon as i was in and paramedics started to explain what happened to me the doctor female said oh no i cant do nothing for her here she needs to go somewhere else worst part when she found out i was a kaiser member she said she doesn't belong here she needs to go to her hospital and rudely as she was since the beginning asked the paramedic what you brought her here take her to Kaiser, paramedic said because it was an emergency and this was the nearest hospital, unfortunately i dont remember the name of this woman im so grateful that because my sister im still alive and she is not a doctor... pathetic to see that some one like this works with people when doesn't show shes human being completely unprofesional and no ethics hope and pray to god she never experience something like this.

Quick service. No waiting for hours like other places. Not the best place for real emergencies . A good place to go for non life threating ordeals. I came in with horrible gas.Had an accident in the waiting room twice. My service dog cleaned that up before the janitor could. Was given a muscle relaxer that really set me off. I left in clean gown and man that place probably still stinks. I would go back again if they let me.
Feedback:
Terrible service. I came to this facility when pregnant with my first child and having an issue. After being made to wait for 45+ minutes, I was admitted and told they did not have adequate technology to assess my situation and would need to transport me to another facility. I also have a friend who came in having a heart attack...he was told he came in the wrong entrance and to go out and walk to the correct entrance.
